  A decent place to stay if you are passing through Logrono

  A large impersonal hotel in the centre of Logrono on the Camino and a good enough place to stay if you are passing through the city. Efficient check in; rooms and bathrooms clean and of a good size and easy to get everywhere in town. Decent breakfast.

  Rooms are ok, but don’t have breakfast here, stayed here as part of a group and felt so unwelcome, the older man in the restaurant just did not want us there, we had an older lady with us and when she sat down this man was extremely rude to her, he was rude to other people in our group too, if you cannot cope with a large group then do not take the booking!!!!!!! I won’t be back

  Hotel Murrieta is very near Logroño old centre and is a 3-star hotel that would benefit aesthetically from a renovation but that has everything that it's expected. Rooms are comfortable and clean, service is efficient and the breakfast offers an ample and satisfactory choice.Surely recommended and a good price-quality balance.

  Front Desk staff seemed unfriendly & bothered. When later asked for an extra blanket he questioned why. The rooms are clean but run down, the beds are super uncomfortable & the pillows are the worse. The hallways throughout floor 5 are operated by sensor so it’s dark & scary not to mention the filthy rugs throughout the floor. The breakfast was ok. I would not recommend this hotel.

  We arrived here late in the afternoon and found the reception a little cool. I don't know whether it was because we didn't speak Spanish but there was very little communication during check in and we were directed to our room.We were not too impressed with the poor condition and the fact that we had requested a double bed and there were only twins pushed together available. The hotel did not look booked out to us but when we requested a double were told it was all that was available. The room had a very strong smell of cleaning product possibly intended to hide the musty smell of the furniture. We slept with the window open for fresh air. The room and bathroom were clean but old. The hotel looks tired.Surprisingly the breakfast buffet was of good quality and very fresh with a good choice.
