  This hotel was perfectly situated for our requirements - close to the Camino de Santiago and close to Calle Del Laurel. Bonus: the tourist information office is just outside too.The room was nice, it felt like a business hotel but had everything we needed and the bathroom supplies were generous. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.The WiFi was great. Breakfast was good, although having spent the evening on Calle Del Laurel, a coffee and a pastry was all we really wanted.The staff were all super-helpful. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage while we went off and explored Logrono.We would definitely return to this hotel.

  Beware of this hotel, in case you ever need to contact them. The website doesn't work, they use a company called "imperva" which blocks access at random, so you will not even be able to see the website and find a phone number. Then when you finally find a phone number, the call quality is always terrible. That not to mention that the price here on the site is always $10~20 EU lower than what you actually get on the booking sites, and if you try to book on the website (if you can access it) they send you to create an account on salesforce.com page which always fails. I wish I knew beforehand this was a huge chain operated on lowest cost by investment funds.

  The bedroom was spotless & thoroughly cleaned each day. The beds were really comfy & it was quiet at night. We had a delicious breakfast from a wide variety of warm & cold foods. The staff were friendly & helpful. The location is great as it is right in the city centre.   Very decent hotel with a great location, excellent staff, and the best breakfast we've encountered in our European travels. They offer parking at their indoor garage, and it's reasonably enough priced, but ... oh ... are the spaces difficult to maneuver into.   Ok so the hotel is pretty basic but it’s not expensive, it’s clean, it has all the room you need and a great shower with good water pressure. We slept so well and you stay here for the location and its proximity to all the bars and restaurants. There is a coffee shop/bar on the corner, next door to the hotel who let us take pastries and coffees back to the room, which suited us when we wanted a lazy start. It’s also opposite the tourist information where the staff are so helpful if you have any questions. Would definitely recommend it. Plus logrono is the perfect destination for anyone that loves food and wine!
