We chose the hotel for its location, free car park and dog friendly offering. We had a warm, friendly welcome, nothing was too much trouble despite the fact the hotel seemed fully booked. The room was comfortable and we slept well. The not-so-good points: the hotel is adjacent the main road at the back/side of a petrol station, our room view was of a yard and containers full of rubbish, they charged €15 for the dog, which is the most we have ever paid (ibis usually charge around €5 and they don't always apply the charge) and we had to sign a disclaimer to cover any damage made by the dog (she ever damages anything, we travel all over Europe with her). Convenient location for stopover en-route home from Portugal.

Just what we needed.

Not in a central location so have to take car into the centre or a cab for 12 euros. We chose this hotel because it had lots of free and safe parking. Two nights car parking in the centre would cost double that!Hotel is fine and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great for us as we were touring around the bodegas so it was just what we needed. We checked in at tea time on Saturday and met the local la liga 2 team going off to their evening fixture after their siesta and team prep at the hotel.Top tip, don't leave it too late going down for breakfast as certain bits aren't there.Would stay here again.

Amazing staff!

Perfectly good hotel, made outstanding by the kindness of all the staff we encountered over 4 days - reception, bar, restaurant and housekeeping. Nothing was too much effort. Not in the city but a great base for exploring Navarro, Rioja and the Camino de Santiago Thank you!!!

Clean hotel, friendly staff.

Stopped here on way to Barcelona. Very friendly receptionist and manager. Clean room. Nice bathroom with shower and a bath. Cafe staff friendly, but as situated on the edge of a trading estate, filled with tradesmen and workers during lunch and siesta times. Tapas nice though. Restaurant not open in evening until 9pm, and no English translation on menu, so pot luck. Fair price. Advised of free parking hotel side of bridges, and not to go over them and expect to park easily. Lovely place to visit. Enjoyed the stay. Could have done with another chair in the room, and a kettle and tea/coffee would have been good too.

Good Hotel. They take pets

If you like to travel with your pet, as we do, this is the ONLY hotel in Logroño that takes them for a surcharge. Vanessa the receptionist is by far the most amicable and knowledgeable employee they have. She lives to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Now the “if and but”Their a/c is horrible. The units are not enough to feed the building and if your room gets the afternoon sun, you might as well sleep in an oven. Other that that, the rooms are clean and the cafeteria and restaurant are more than you need. I hope they fix their a/c problem.
