Location

This beach hotel is situated on the Costa Tequise just 20 m from the nearest beach. There are scores of shops, restaurants and bars to be found in the hotel's immediate vicinity

Facility

2 suites and 314 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Sport

The dining area includes a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive.     Great holiday from start to finish, staff always welcoming and hard working ,room and view always what you expect, food always plenty of choice and variety. Plenty of entertainment throughout the day and evening, always found a sun bed , totally enjoyable stay even when I had to borrow some crutches from reception when my hip decided to be a pain.     Our 6th visit, must say the food is not as good, it might be due to the restaurant renovation, seemed to be less choice eg no melon on the sweet counter, not sure on new decor it’s definitely brighter, more like a cafe/bistro and no tablecloths anymore. Having said that we have booked again for Sept so hopefully things will improve.     Loved It Apart From The Food

    We recently stayed here for 6 nights and overall we had a very good stay.Our check in was very quick with a very polite receptionist, she did not give much info apart from scan the QR code.We had a superior sea view room on floor 4. The views were amazing and I would highly recommend paying that bit extra. Bed was very comfy!We always found a sun bed no matter what time of day. There were people getting their sun bed even at 6.30am when I went for a run, madness. There is a small gym there within old squash courts.Pool areas well kept, a bit nippy but once you're in, you're in! We stayed on a half board basis and unfortunately the food was a big let down.We had dinner the first night we got there and that was the last time we had dinner there. Breakfast was a touch better but unfortunately raw sausages put us right off.The location is perfect, lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Do go to Cocktail corner, literally a 2 min walk, best cocktails in CT!Lovely seafront walk / path and you can access this via a gate by the pool. Overall I would definitely stay here again but only on a self catering / b&b basis.     The location is fantastic every room looking out to sea and pool, the hotel is amazing, staff are friendly and just a lovely relaxing place, rooms are great size plenty of space, clean and decorated lovely. The hotel was spotless always a cleaner around. Food was good, theme nights like Spanish, Chinese, etc plenty to eat for all , the only down fall was snacks you had to wait for burgers or hotdogs to be cooked, and the chips weren't cooked enough but at least they were fresh. This is our second time and spent 11 nights here, and we are definitely going back for 12 nights next year if not before, love this hotel.     Great location to the many bars and restaurants. Back gate to the beach. Nice pool area but sunbeds are too close together. We were still able to get 2 sunbeds after 10am everyday but may not have been in the ideal spot. Sunbeds are reserved with towels from 7am and left empty til after 11am for the most part.Safe in room is payable.€10 hire cost for pool towels, which is refundable.We had a room on the first floor and were very happy with it. Still great views and didn't have to wait for a lift as it's the same floor as reception and the main exit. Housekeeping was very good also and the room was cleaned everyday.We went half board and could swap dinner for lunch on any day with prior notice, which was great as I personally couldn't eat breakfast, lunch and dinner there everyday. Although choices were okay, there wasn't a great variety if you're not a fish eater like myself.Restaurant staff were lovely. Reception staff not as much.Only negative we had in the hotel was when we went into the clothes shop near reception for a browse and met with a very rude woman who made it obvious she did not like tourists and berated us for not having any Spanish if we holiday there so often. Assumed we were British because we spoke english and went on and on about tourists and asked if we stay in the hotel or spend money around the island. Don't go in there if you are French either! Couldn't tell you what they sell as never got a chance to look around as we couldn't wait to get out of there.
