The hotel is well situated for the public transport network with a stop located just 400 m away and the town centre, which offers plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and a lively nightlife scene is within walking distance.

    Me and son came here for a short get away and found room nice spacious no cutlery so bring some bigger mug if your want a proper cup of tea and own tea coffee suger etc , bring a beach towel as not given any at pool side, found food at lunch was same as dinner so ate else were, big no no was at the bar was not so nice cockroaches and bar staff not bothered about it so not good. lanzarote is beautiful so go explore this hotel is not for young adults if you want more entertainment in my opinion but more for older adults, not what I was advised by tui rep so very disappointed as Tui have beautiful hoilday packages and always go with them so will be going to bigger venue if lanzarote has any.

    This is a 3* hotel ok, but it’s better than some 5* I’ve stayed at!! Depends what you expect but we’ve been there twice now and find it an absolute gem. Location ✅ central for bars and restaurants Cleanliness ✅ immaculate throughout Food ✅ lots of choice, good quality and piping hot but it’s 3* so you’re not going to get À la Carte Entertainment ✅ again it’s 3* but entertainers work hard providing activities for allRooms ✅ spacious, clean and comfortable Looking forward to our next visit HSA Ficus, Atención al cliente/recepción at Apartments Ficus, responded to this review Hello.Thank you very much for your review.     Hotel was lovely and quiet, staff were great and rooms cleaned most days. Good location with bars down the road. 5 euros into town. Entertainment was ok, mostly a hotel for 30-50 year loss and couples. No kids which was fab! Food was a bit repetitive but always something you could eat. If I were to go back to lanza, I wouldn't think twice about going back to this hotel. It was pleasantly surprising given the budget.
