  An absolute 0, we travel with 2 children. There was a single receptionist who seemed totally outdone, answering phone calls reluctantly, overwhelmed that he was required while checking in. This would be passable according to the circumstances, if not because after checking in and going through the checkout, he gave us the key to the duplex of horrors. Strong smell of some kind of disinfectant or fumicide, several Evania Fabricius insects, "cockroach hornets", slept upside down on the beds and floor. Old furniture of very poor quality and unsanitary appearance, perhaps manufactured in 1404 after the conquest of the island. After notifying reception of the incident, they reluctantly give us the keys to the adjoining duplex. Surprise, in this duplex lived the same insects but this time alive. After informing the reception that the hygiene of the rooms was horrible, they decided to call maintenance to accompany us to see a third room, (it is seen that they did not trust even showing photos and videos) which as soon as they entered was the insect king, or his executioner, with his friends of the band the wanderers. As this time the maintenance boy was present, he was already more credible and we were given the keys to a FOURTH room, even though by now it was more than obvious the lack of hygiene and cleanlinessAs he entered the room accompanied by the busy receptionist, he seemed to be in "acceptable" condition, no bug in sight, except for a placid cockroach sleeping upside down in one of the bathrooms, to which the receptionist played down normalizing the matter as it is seen that having cockroaches at home is normal for him, he did not even make the demand to remove the bug, there he stayed, at least here there were no strange smells. Here they offer to pay us back or keep this room where the tender cockroach had diedWe were discussing it, the children didn’t even want to look at that circus of fear, and I wasn’t convinced by the unhealthy measures I’d seen either. In the end, because there was no accommodation nearby, it was about 20:00 and the children were tired and hungry, we decided that maybe if we thoroughly cleaned the duplex, blocked all the cracks left between the door and window frame and put some kind of repellent, maybe we could leave that habitableBut... Surprise! Cleaning one of the showers, pouring bleach, disinfectant and water into the sinkhole, the cockroach came out of there that was waiting hidden in its sewer to avenge the death of the one of its breed that we previously found deceased.That was the last straw, we took the cleaning products we had just bought to disinfect that hellhole and went straight to reception to request the refund, at this point we would rather sleep in the car than in the duplex of the averno. The receptionist welcomes us surprised and disgusted because we interrupted a personal video call that he had to cut and postpone, wow, he had to work... Such cruelty. We showed you the evidence of the reason for the refund claim and why we didn’t want to stay there for another minute and your answer was, “What now can I do after spending so much time in the room?”HAHAHAHA as if we had been enjoying such wonderful facilities. Faced with my face of disbelief (perhaps the look expressed more than disbelief), and faced with my demand that I call the manager or the director or whoever was in charge, he reluctantly called who seemed to be his boss and, after a brief, brief conversation, with a jocular and disdainful tone, proceeded to pay us back. Conclusion: The worst experience and treatment ever. I do not advise this establishment or Beelzebub itself.   Nice apartment in great location near the beach

  Nice and very clean apartment in a quiet street 2 minutes' walk from the sea. It is near the old port area with shops and restaurants within 5 minutes' walk. There is no WiFi in the apartment and the cooking equipment is pretty basic but the beds are comfortable and everything is super clean (cleaners visited several times during our stay). The bedrooms have 2 twin beds and there are 2 bathrooms upstairs. View from the terrace was lovely with sparkling sea and sunset over the hills. The nearby beach is small with a nice atmosphere and the Safari Diving Centre is right on the beach. Best supermarket is Superdino up the hill with fresh meat and fruit and veg.
