Location

This apartment complex is located in the leisure area of Puerto del Carmen, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the centre, where guests will find a wide range of bars, restaurants, shops and night time entertainment venues. Public transport network links are to be found just a short walk away, lying 200 metres from the hotel.

Facility

28 single rooms and 10 double rooms are available. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the apartment complex include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Too many issues with this complex to recommend tourists to come to.Here are the issues: The TV. Strangely only the English channels kept pausing, lost signal, just unwatchable.Apartments need updated from kitchen units to bathroom, everything needs replaced.Pest control. Bathroom always covered with drain flies and had some cockroaches and they are massive. Clean the drains to prevent the drain flies.We had a late flight so unfortunately reception closed on arrival. This is where the big health and safety issue came in. When we came in the side gate to the complex there was a big light that shown the entrances to the apartments, however this went out I assume to a timer so we were left in darkness. There were old couples with is who were scared as they could no see like the rest of us. If there had been a fall then the complex can be sued. Won’t ever come back here.     My wife and I have just returned from these amazing apartments.No probs at the airport with EES, we were through at baggage reclaim within 30 minutes.What a lovely place this is. It's not a big complex, 40 or so rooms, but the room we were allocated (108) was very spacious.Walk in wet room (amazing rainfall shower with plenty of instant hot water,) and a real bonus was the soft fluffy towels which were changed twice in the week. A nice bedroom with plenty of storage and very nice bedding which was changed once. Kitchenette with everything you need for self catering, even a coffee maker, lounge area and dining table.Two air con units and safety deposit box, both free of charge.The outside areas are spotless and kept that way by the hardworking team. The pool's not massive but big enough with ample comfy sunbeds and a poolside snack bar.These beautiful apartments are in a quiet area but everything is within a ten minute walk away.The two star rating does not give credit to this lovely little place, we've stayed in higher rated apartments which were nowhere near as good as these.We had an amazing week and will almost certainly return.Thank you Guinate club.     Just left Guinate apartments we were looking for quiet relaxing holiday but certainly didn't get that kids doing anything as no supervision and noise was loud they state in memo that sunbeds can't be reserved nonsense as loads of towels put down early and a few weren't used all day went to reception to say TV and internet not working but was told were working on it 10 days with no TV or internet also no freezer compartment in fridge management don't seem to care about guests other guests we spoke to said the same and in way out we spoke to lady who told us no TVs were working.     Came here as our first family holiday, getting the key to the apartment and access was easy enough as we arrived after reception had closed. (I spoke to someone the day before we arrived) on access to the apartment it was nice and clean. The reception staff were great , especially Greta ( I think that’s her name) and Patricio. We had a problem with the tv not connecting a few times but this was always dealt with swiftly and so was anything else we queried about. The apartments were quiet at night couldn’t hear much noise. The only downside I have to the stay was coming out of the shower it can be slippery on the floor, so the floor was getting wet and we had to be careful when walking. It would be a great addition if there was some sort of Mat or something on the floor guests could wipe their feet on when getting out the shower as the shower screen does not move so to get out it’s a little awkward when feet are wet. Other than that we had a great stay. Apartments are close to beach /strip and amenities such as Lidl , spar, McDonald’s etc. Thank you again to the staff who went out of there way and went the extra mile on our stay.
