Location

This holiday village is situated in a quiet area of Puerto del Carmen. The establishment lies around 5 minutes' walk from the centre of town, with its restaurants, bars, pubs and nightlife spots, and is also only 300 metres from the beach and the promenade. Guests will find a number of shops in Biosfera, which is roughly 800 metres away, and links to the public transport network are also close at hand. Nearby sights and attractions include Arrecife, which is around 10 km away, the Timanfaya national park, which is around 25 km away, and the Playa Blanca beach, which is around 30 km away. Lanzarote Airport is approximately 10 km from the accommodation.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 14 apartments. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a babysitting service, a car hire service and a laundry service. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The holiday village has family rooms, 14 non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

A dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is not to be missed. Even on grey days, guests can always go for a swim in the indoor pool. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. For guests who wish to keep active, golf, fishing and horse riding are available. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing and diving. Guests can enjoy indoor activities, including billiards. A spa, massage treatments and solarium are available in the wellness area. A casino and a nightclub are also options for entertainment.

Good for what you pay for

Payed just under 160 for 3 nights here, 5 minute uphill walk from town centre.It's quite and the pool was decent.It's more for oldies I'd say.Apart from finding an empty sex lube bottle under our bed ( we found it funny) the owner moved us rapido and even had 6 free San Miguel in the new fridge.It is a little outdated, could deffo use some TLC but overall it's a good place to stay.Lovely owner, lovely location.

We came here as two families, 1 adult 2 children and 2 adults, 1 child. On arrival 5pm, our apartment numbers were in a piece of paper attached to the banister— perfect as we just wanted to get in and sorted. We were ground floor opposite pool, great location. Pros: Apartments were clean and spacious. Kitchen whilst not heavily equipped had all the basics required including kettle, microwave and good fridge with small freezer compartment. Towels were provided and changed half way through Large fan provided as no a/cCristina was great on check out day and allowed us to leave our bags downstairs until our evening flight and her communication via WhatsApp was great. Location was brilliant, very quiet and residential, a. couple of minutes walk down the hill to the main strip.Even as a single parent I felt very safe ☺️Cons: Could do with ‘stoppers’ on furniture as could hear everything through walls/ceiling including people rolling over in bed! Advise taking ear plugs, they worked a treat! Pool looked murky but no one got sick so perhaps it’s just the chlorine?! Overall, a GREAT stay, great location, clean spacious apartments and great value! ☺️

Leaving today. Really enjoyed our stay in Isobel. It was clean, quiet and friendly . We stayed in apartment number 4 on the 1st floor and honestly it was without any real issues. I would recommend

Booked a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment to be told we were on the first floor. It felt really unsafe too. Check in from 4pm but the reception closes at 2pm so it’s all left to the cleaner. Unfortunately her English isn’t great but she manages! It’s very dated throughout and the bidet was chipped, bath cracking etc. No air con. We couldn’t open the bedroom window due to the latch catching and the other not even there. The fan provided was 15cm and not suitable for high 30c heat. The 3rd bed was right by the door and glass front. Sun beds were also filthy and I wouldn’t expect anyone to lay or sit on them. Many issues with this apartment but I will leave as I do not recommend.

Brilliant affordable clean apartment in an ideal location

We had a brilliant stay. We didn’t arrive until after 10pm as we were held up at the airport. The lovely cleaner was waiting for us when we arrived and even helped my husband with the cases whilst I grabbed water from the shop on the corner at the apartments. We stayed in number 1 which was big and clean. Yes it was dated but it didn’t affect our stay. The big fan in the room was great too for the hot nights. The beds were very comfy. The pool was right outside the door which the children loved. The apartments are in a perfect location just a short walk down the hill and you’re on the main new town strip!
