Location

This white washed bungalow complex is located in the very first line of houses from the beach. Guests only need to cross the sea promenade to get to the beach. Matagorda shopping centre is just 50 m away and guests can walk 3 km along the sea promenade to get to Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote's main tourist resort, with its shops, restaurants and night life. Main tourist attractions like the volcanic Natural Park of Timanfaya, La Geria and Los Jameos del Agua are a few kilometres away and easy to access.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, a car hire service, medical assistance and a laundry service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The apartment complex offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. The complex offers a wide range of catering options. Bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive can be booked. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for lunch and dinner).
