Location

This bungalow complex is located in the very first line of houses from the beach. Guests only need to cross the sea promenade to get to the beach. Matagorda shopping centre is just 50 m away and guests can walk 3 km along the sea promenade to get to Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote's main tourist resort, with its shops, restaurants and night life. Main tourist attractions like the volcanic Natural Park of Timanfaya, La Geria and Los Jameos del Agua are a few kilometres away and easy to access.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, a car hire service, medical assistance and a laundry service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The apartment complex offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In some rooms, a terrace is included as standard. Rooms include a double bed. Extra beds can be requested. Sport

Guests can enjoy a selection of sport and entertainment options. Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in one of the 7 freshwater pools, which are outdoors and in part heated. There is a special swimming area for little ones as well. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar.

Meals

The complex includes a restaurant (with high chairs) and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for lunch and dinner). For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Sitting by what feels like our own private pool on our last day 😩Beauitfully clean complex,housekeeping staff to reception staff even the trades people upgrading the areas around, super friendly amd helpful! We were in block 4 same as reception so close to the beach and local shopping mall. We will be back. Thanl you 😊

    Fabulous stay as always - its our go to in this area. We only stay elsewhere if this is fully booked. We stayed in 8 (about 10 min walk from 1-4. The apartments here are spacious and well maintained. Reception Team really helpful. 8 is quiet (not near bars etc.) but only 5 -10 mins walk from a supermarket and the sea front.

    This was my 3rd time here. I had previously visited solo once and with a friend another time. The bungalows are lovely and in a fabulous location. The reception staff are incredibly helpful and will always try and accommodate any requests you may have. I really can't fault anything when all you're looking for is a well located, clean self catering complex.

    We have just returned from a fantastic holiday, our apartment was absolutely lovely and exceeded our expectations based on the price. While the apartments are a bit older they are well looked after and have everything you would need including a beautiful shower. The apartments are quite spaced out so we were a bit of a distance from the beach and shops and being disabled it wasn't ideal but ended up being a nice easy flat 10 minute stroll so it didn't end up being a problem.
