Location

This apartment complex is located within metres of the inviting sandy beach (300 m). There are scores of shops as well as countless restaurants and bars 300 m to 500 m away and the nearest nightspots can be found about 2 km away. Public transport links are also nearby. The beautiful town of Puerto del Carmen is 4 km away and can easily be reached by car. There is also a taxi stand in front of the hotel and the island's capital of Arrecife is around 6 km from the property. The airport is some 3 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 20 apartments, 7 studios and 194 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     In my opinion this hotel should be 4* I have stayed in many and the food and facilities were not as good as here. The room was lovley and clean cleaners very good and helpful lovley waiters and bar staff would of been a 5 star review but one member of staff a receptionist named Frank put m3 off going back which is such a shame, I have never came across someone in customer service so rude and unhelpful he acted like you were an inconvenience for Asking basic questions he actually said to a young boy shh and signaled go away just for asking for change he shouldn't be in the job if it causes this much stress and ruin others holidays.

    We arrived a day later than expected and our room wasn't ready when we arrived. The room was stinking and everything in it was almost falling apart. We had no help with luggage despite being up 2 flights of stairs with no lifts available. The hotel was the furthest end of area, being run down and not much around. Taxi's were taken daily to get to bars and restaurants. Food and the eating area was terrible. Dirty, no air conditioning and not a lot of selection. Noisy at night, karaoke was the only entertainment and overall I wouldn't reccommend this hotel.     My friend and I stayed for one week all inclusive. At first it seemed wonderful but the cracks soon started to show. The food was OK but nothing to wright home about, so we ate out a most of the time. The double bed we shared was hard and the pillows lumpy. We were given clean towels and a change of bedding twice in the week but that was it, no other cleaning/tidying/dishes were done. What disappointed us the most though, was, when we checked out at 12:00 everything ended! Lunch was at 13:00 and as our transfer wasn’t until 16:20 (bearing in mind that we didn’t check in until 19:00 the previous week) we asked if we could have lunch that day. NO! Was the reply. If we had eaten lunch everyday that we’d been there, we still would have only had 6!None of the facilities were available to us from then on so that meant another taxi into the town for lunch and to kill time, then another taxi back!     Great hotel . very very clean. Staff always seem to be working hard. l was all-inclusive the food was good . 5 minutes walk to beach .Had a great holiday here. For a 3 star hotel very impressive. would definitely go back . just a couple of miles from airport.     Ok stay it’s what you make it

    Rooms spacious, nice big balcony we had a lovely sea view , rooms clean enough, beds comfortable enough, not bad for a three star , staff friendly apart from one . Food ….just remember what you paid for so don’t expect top of the range but you will find something to eat and can’t really complain apart that apart from sometimes food not hot enough . Beach not far away 10 minutes walk plus taxis are cheap .
