This attractive apartment complex is situated in the tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen. The fine sandy beach is just 1 km from the hotel, which is only a ten-minute walk away. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop may also be found within 1 km of the hotel.

Facility

The complex has 80 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     We stayed in these apartments for 2 weeks in April. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The apartments are well positioned equidistant from the old and new towns in Puerto del Carmen.The apartments are very clean and well maintained. A regular cleaning service is provided for each apartment, including beds and towels, extra pillows are provided on request.We stayed in a pool view studio which was ideal for 2 people. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. The pool is beautiful, though a little too cold for my taste at the moment. We found the complex to be quiet and relaxing and would have hesitation in recommending it to anyone. All staff were efficient, professional and friendly. The only downside is there is no air conditioning in the apartments, which was no problem for us but may be difficult for stays in high season.

    Fantastic adults only petit self catering apartments, tucked away just behind main seafront street, slightly uphill but allows a sea view!Ample Sun loungers around a reasonable pool for hotel size. Little bar/cafe on site but plenty of supermarkets behind to self stock your own fridge, Spar & Lidl with a few independents too.Close to seafront bars & diners too, five min walk, even with a broken foot!Clean and well stocked mini kitchen tucked away dining table/stools.Huge wardrobe space, well shelved and plenty of hangers.TV accepts firestick for home comforts.Only negative so far, noisey corridor when folks return late night, no suppression of carpets to absorb sound, even quiet conversations and footfall echoes - we’ve opted for room 121 at corridor end to avoid passers by, bonus too that no morning Sun but plenty of afternoon and evening pouring onto our balcony. We’ve a bath as well as shower, first room was nice walk in shower, this has a grubby curtain but option of bath.Overall happy though.     A little bit of adults only heaven!

    Apartments were brilliant, clean, spacious, adequately equipped for self catering! We had one backing onto a road but this wasn't a problem, not bothered by much road noise! The pool area was out of this world, a little touch of heaven, lovely pool, comfy sun beds and always some available! Staff were really friendly and cocktails and food reasonably priced! The situation of the apartments to the main strip was good, 5 mins walk down hill and you were there! We will definitely look forward to going back again!     Disappointed, location is excellent Room very clean Facilities were goodPool lovely but too cold to use Check in was quick staff seemed okDownside - very noisy at night constant banging of doors and can here all noises from rooms including the tvs and chatting Stayed for a week and bedding was never changed towels were changed twice We stayed in room looked out onto fence and road which was also noisy Was nice trip away but wouldn’t stay there again Oceano and Panorama Team, Otros at Apartamentos Panorama, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.     Great apartment at this price point. Stayed one night only but will certainly return on my next budget holiday. Great staff too, very helpful.
