Location

This apartment complex is situated in a quiet but central part of Puerto del Carmen, only 500 m from the beach and the beach avenue with a bus stop, restaurants, bars and shops. The complex is only 10 minutes from Lanzarote Airport via taxi and/or other transfer (about 12 km).

Facility

46 apartments are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station is also provided as standard. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The hotel has family rooms and 46 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and golf are available. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing and diving. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. A spa and solarium are available in the wellness area. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Half board can be booked. Breakfast and dinner offer culinary delights every day.

    Excellent from start to finish. Stayed here for 1 night as a solo traveller. Only 10 minutes from the airport — taxi was €16.50 plus tip (€20 total). Communication with the owner was quick, pleasant and easy, with simple key access on arrival.The apartment was immaculate, spotless clean, safe and secure, with full kitchen utensils and beautiful views from the balcony. Beds were really comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep, with extra blankets provided if needed.Small touches like complimentary water, coffee, sugar and other essentials were a very welcoming addition and much appreciated.The shower was amazing with plenty of hot water and towels supplied. Would highly recommend Apartamentos Tisalaya.

    Just got home from another great stay here. We had room 117, downstairs, and it was a wonderful experience. Having our own sun loungers,was wonderful. No rushing to get one near the pool. Could use them anytime of the day or night. The room needs updating but was clean and had everything you need in it And if it didn't, just ask and they got it for you. Stayed last year and was very impressed by the changes this year. Toiletries in the bathroom. Hand, body and hair wash in pump dispensers on the wall Brilliant. The welcome tray on the side with tea bags, coffee pouches, sugar, biscuits. Wonderful for late arrivals. No milk but when asked was told supplier issues because we are an island. Made a suggestion and Juan said he would consider our suggestion. The staff are wonderful and very hardworking. Highly recommend anyone to stay here and looking forward to staying again. 10 mins walk down the hill to the sea front and if you can't get back up, a taxi is only 3 to 4 Euros. Thank you guys 👍

    Lovely cheap break with the Mrs

    So after a supposed 4+star hotel booking in Jan26, we picked a cheap getaway and we had no expectations. But let me say what a gem of a find these apartments are, they are by no means fancy and yes a little tired in places( needs floor tiles sorting in 109) but its lovely and clean and the kitchen area is ample for what we needed, breakfast and a lunchtime snack. The area is peaceful and we loved the sunbeds outside our apartment. The shops, restaurants and beach are an easy 10mins away. The instructions for check in were easy to follow as the reception isnt staffed at night. Me and the Mrs really had a nice relaxing time.

    Staff seemed lovely. My experience at check-in and check out was ok. was given the wrong room and said it to them the next morning and they changed and gave me an upgrade!! The cleanliness of outside was excellent. the rooms are outdated and they could do with upgrading the furniture in the rooms but they were still good, only downside was there was a lot of ants in the room which made me feel a bit uneasy and cleaning staff didn't empty any bins or change ben linen, they did top up toilet paper and change towels though! The noise level was fine but then about halfway through our stay it did get fairly noisy with other people around!! but overall if you want a quiet place it is perfect. Probably would visit again!
