Location

This apartment complex is situated in a quiet but central part of Puerto del Carmen, only 500 m from the beach and the beach avenue with a bus stop, restaurants, bars and shops. The complex is only 10 minutes from Lanzarote Airport via taxi and/or other transfer (about 12 km).

Facility

46 apartments are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge).
