Location

This apartment hotel enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Puerto del Carmen. The nearest beach is just a 3-minute walk away, whilst the town centre is 250 metres from the hotel. Arrecife can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 21 apartments located in two 2-storey buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance and a laundry service.

Rooms

Some rooms include a balcony. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, golf and fishing are available. With windsurfing, banana boat rides, sailing, catamaraning and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and darts. A spa, a sauna and solarium are available in the wellness area. A dance club offers fun and entertainment.

    Great inexpensive clean apartments

    Rooms have large lounge areas with inside table and chairs. TV with several UK channels. Kitchen area with two ring cooker with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware also included is a fridge. Bathroom consists of the usual WC, basin, walk-in shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Towels are changed regularly as the bed linen and cleaning takes place every other day whilst bins are emptied daily. The separate bedroom has twin beds sufficient sockets, bedside light and a single bedside table. Outside there is a balcony or terrace with table and chairs. Overall the rooms and the whole complex is kept extremely clean by some very good cleaners. Pool towels are available although you do require to put a refundable deposit on them. Room include a safe, keys are available with a refundable deposit. The pool area has kept clean and tidy with sufficient sunbeds whilst we stayed there. The pool is 2.1 m deep and has no shallow end. The pool is not really ideal for people who are not confident in the water . It’s also not suitable for small children. Car parking, we found there was plenty of on street car parking during our visit in February March. If the on street car parking is full, there is a large free car park quite close by area. There are restaurants with an easy walking distance and there is a supermarket across the road. It is about a 10 minute walk down an incline to the beach. Overall, this is a small clean inexpensive apartment complex in a good location. We would use these Appartments again and recommend them. Apologies, the untidy rooms are us!     Nice apartments in a central area but also nice and quiet.Only about 150 metres from Biosfera shopping area and a five minute walk downhill to PDC Old Town.The walk back up is steep but doesn’t take long . This didn’t bother us. If you don’t want to walk the hill taxis are cheap and easily available.Apartments are clean and spacious, pretty basic but ok for us as we don’t need to prepare food.Good location for the beach which is about a ten minute walk.     Good value apartment 👌🏻

    We have just got back from a 5 night stay, it was booked very last minute and came across this place. Don’t normally choose a 2 star however went off the reviews and when we got there we were impressed with this little 2 star place, staff were very friendly and welcoming. The apartments are clean, basic and everything you need for SC including an ironing board, iron, 2 ring electric hob, microwave, coffee pot, general utensils and under the counter fridge. There is no air con however had 2 fans which was fine for this time of year. The pool is small but ample enough for the small complex that it is, just to note this pool is the same depth (7ft) there is no shallow end. Also on booking on an online travel agent, it does say there’s a small bar which was not operational when we were there, another guest said they were there in May and it was also closed then. To the back of the apartments you have a Spar and a bus stop that would take you to Arrecife and Costa Teguise. There are several routes (some hilly, some steps) to the strip, roughly about 10mins to the start of the strip and even less to the Biosfera Plaza Shopping Centre. Overall we had a lovely stay and were able to witness a beautiful sunrise each morning from our apartment. Great value for money and would visit again.     Had 5 nights at the vista mar and loved every second of it.the people who work there are friendly ,warm and helpful,and the pool and pool area are both really nice and kept very clean.we by accident I think ended up on the third floor in an amazing apartment with a stunning sea view and big balcony which had it's own sunbeds.The apartments are perfect for short stroll to the strip or to the old town,and taxi prices back up are very cheap.we will be back next year for sure to the vista mar.
