Location

This friendly complex is perfectly situated 250 metres from the famous Playa Chica beach in the old town of Puerto del Carmen. Guests staying at the apartment hotel have everything that they could ask for within walking distance, whether they are looking to relax and enjoy the wide range of restaurants, shops, bars, tourist attractions and public transport links; or for those more sporty types wishing to take to the beach and join the local scuba diving school. The beach is only 3 minutes' walk away and nightlife spots can be reached in around 15 minutes on foot.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 90 apartments, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected.     We had a nice Stay in Costa Volcan.Great location with easy access to both old town and new town.Clean Apartment.Lovely Pool area.Staff all nice.Pool Bar is good with well priced drinks and nice food options.Was very disappointed with the noise levels from 107 I had paid extra for a ground floor apartment near pool.But we got hardly any sleep as from 7am there was very loud noise coming from the front and back of the apartment.Cleaning pool area with a noisy machine and staff shouting. There also seemed to be a maintenance room behind us where there was noise from early. I stayed upstairs last year and had no issues with noise. Also no hairdryers available for the 1st 5 days we were there.

    The location was great and the apartment clean. 2 single beds and spacious apartment with balcony. Theres a little shop which is open 24hours and a pool area. The noise level was something else. I dont think ear plugs would have blocked it out. Our room backed onto a main road and a bar underneath which was up the road a little. If you sleep between the hours of 4.30am-7am youll be ok otherwise dont expect to get much. It sounds like there actually in your room then you have the noise of cars / buses . This is the only downside.

    stayed at this hotel for a week with my daughter. Great location for both the old town and new town. Swimming pool and pool bar are perfect - especially the chicken wings!However the night we arrived there was a FULL sink of dirty pots and pans with set in fat and grease. I was not happy but waited till the cleaner came the next day to be told no they only do bedroom and bathroom! I then complained at reception to be told it was not their responsibility!! I was gobsmacked and very upset. I do not expect these standards in any hotel. The washing up was still there when we left a week later. Such a shame cos apart from this the hotel is nice. Sorry if your the person that came in this room after us!

    Told staff and reception specifically not to clean our room- when we came back from the pool a cleaner was leaving out room and we had £150 English money 5x£20 notes and 1x£50 note I go to reception to say about this and ask for the cleaner they say cleaners are gone come back tomorrow to speak with the manager I wake up the next morning to a cleaner coming into my room again! I go down tell the hotel I want my money no one’s listening I’ve been robbed and they told me and my partner there was no cleaners we must see things I told them to check there cctv watch me have a convertsion with your cleaner at my door because she let herself in no they wouldn’t show cctv and threaten to call the police on us because it became a angry situation we packed our bags and left will never attend here again rude lying staff better yet the cleaners never even cleaned our room! They left a towel on the table and took the cash!
