  Location was ideal , literally 5 minutes to the strip , passing a couple of nice places to eat and drink . Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a great size . Situation was quiet during the day with just the sound of the gentle waterfall from the pool area . Unfortunately I had a couple of issues . Firstly there were children staying in the room next to me and the first 2 nights they were making a lot of noise til gone midnight . I had booked the place based on it being adults only . I approached reception twice to discuss this to be told no there weren’t children staying but to take a photo if I saw them again . They were in a room that did not require access via the key code gate . I have contacted travel republic on my return but because management disputed children being there there’s nothing to be done , even though the housekeeping lady confirmed to me she had seen the children and was surprised . The other issue was the condition of my room , photos attached . The microwave was rusty , tiles in the bathroom needed a blast and a good scrubbing , units in the kitchen were peeling and there were stains on a horrible looking bedside lamp . Maybe I got a duff room as I’d looked at the reviews before booking and they were 99% positive . It’s a shame just needed a good update . It’s a shame as I’d been really looking forward to staying there but would not return again .

  Just home from another fantastic stay at las lilas stayed in apt 612 .room was clean and tidy and had everything that was needed.Small complex with only 24 rooms which made it quiet and very friendly. staff couldn't do enough for you.Suzanna at reception was very helpful .great location .Looking forward to going back next year

  Stayed here for five nights with friends in November, we were a party of seven and had four apartments. Brilliant experience all round, check-in was easy and all staff very friendly and helpful. The apartments were all spotless and smelt clean and fresh. The kitchens were well equipped, although we ate out lunch and evenings, it would be possible to prepare food and eat in no problem. bathrooms were big and had decent showers. The pool area was better than we expected the photo's don't do it justice, we didn't use it much as we were out and about everyday. The location is brilliant, short walk down to main beach road but far enough away to be peaceful, good size and reasonably priced Spar supermarket across the road. The tapas bar called La Cana, which is just down the road, is fantastic. I would recommend calling in sooner rather than later if you stay at Las Lilas. Authentic Spanish food, great staff with a lot of character.

  Lovely little gem . Stayed here a few times . Asked for a top floor got room 604 . Had a palm tree in front for a bit of shade too . Everything I needed in the room . Beds comfy too . Nora the owner is a lovely lady and always there to greet you . Virginia and Susanna always ready to help and smiling . The cleaner and maintenance guy also guy always busy too . Will definitely be returning . Thanks again
