Location

The apartment hotel is located very close to the Fariones Sport Centre and the shopping area of Puerto del Carmen. The beach, shops, restaurants and bars are all reachable within 5 minutes on foot, and the nearest public transportation is only 50 m from the complex.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 68 apartments and 12 studios located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Rooms

In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. The hotel has family rooms and 80 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The apartment hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, crazy golf, golf and fishing. Water sports available at the hotel include windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, catamaraning, snorkelling and diving. Billiards and squash or, for a fee, a gym, are among the sport and leisure options available. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, massage treatments, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. The apartment hotel also offers snacks.

    First time at these apartments and they were ideal. Location is great about a 2 minute walk to the strip. Pool area was great plenty of beds.Apartments were clean we was a little weary as others had been complaining but we couldn’t find fault. Very spacious and all equipped for making a small lunch but not a three course meal 🤣🤣Not that you would want to.Reception was very attentive and the pool bar was very reasonably priced.The only issues we could find was the pool isn’t open till 10 which is a little late especially when the evening pool man is trying to clear the beds away and putting chemicals in to keep the pool to keep it clean.The Wi-Fi is nearly none existent so we gave up in the end and no English channels on the tv.Before you all jump on this some people cannot manage to go out every evening due to medical reasons and may get tired so would like a takeaway in for the night and some elderly people can’t go out every night so it’s just to gave the choice of having the option I don’t see the point of having a big television and not being able to use it.Saying that the majority of the people staying there are so nice & friendly and we will be back😃

    Brilliant holiday from start to finish. All the staff are lovely and friendly, rooms very clean and comfortable, perfect location. I've stayed in the Arena Dorada many times and will always chose to stay whenever I go to Lanzarote. Next holiday is already planned to go back to the Arena Dorada and can't wait.

    Great Apartments. Very spacious. Was a little dubious due to some of the reviews regarding cleanliness but can honestly say that this was not the case. Cleaner in every day of our 7 day stay of which the least i expected was fresh towels and loo role but they cleaned made beds, over and above what I felt they should be doing. Brilliant area, with a supermarket just up one of the streets across the road. Beach and strip 1 min walk. Pool area was great, always got a sunbed at whatever time of the day. The pool bar was ran great with the bar man always greating everyone with a smile. Considering this was so close to the strip it was lovely and quiet. Would definitely return

    We just got back last night, after reading the reviews I was a bit worried but I loved it, yes it's not the most modern of rooms but it was clean daresay if I poked about I could find something worth complaining about lol .housekeeping called everyday we actually refused a couple of days , had a bit of issue with the kettle the night before we left but we reported it to them on check out.staff were lovely, the grounds looked great and the pool area was so peaceful in fact the whole complex was so relaxing oh and no cockroaches in sight. we would 100% stay her again, hopefully soon
