This apartment complex is centrally located and only 100 metres from the beach. An abundance of shops, restaurants, nightclubs, cultural venues and public transport links are situated only 200 m from the hotel. Various nightclubs can be reached within minutes being located just 300 m from the hotel.

Facility

137 apartments are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge).     I am currently in Atlantis las lomas and this is an honest review. The location is ideal, just set back from the main strip but no noise from it at night. There is a very steep hill from the strip back up to apartments so beware for anyone with mobility issues. The pools in the complex are fine. Lots of families there. The complex has 4 pools in total. There are 2 pool tables also. We are staying in a 2 bed apartment & there are 5 of us however they do have a pull out couch for 5th person. The walls are paper thin so lot's of noise from next door. There is a stipulation that when using the toilet you are not allowed to flush the toilet paper down it, instead you are asked to put the used paper in a bin beside the toilet. I was not aware of this before booking otherwise I wouldn't have booked here. It's a very archaic system in my view for 2026, & with 5 people using it it can get smelly in there.....cleaning is hit & miss, day 3 was 1st clean, then every 2 days I think. My understanding was it should be every day.The bar and eating area is very small for the size of the complex, no nightly entertainment even though it states it, service is standard.We are staying for 10nights & I had to ask for the sheets to be changed on 7th day. This was a last minute booking so I suppose you get what you pay for!! A couple of upgrades & this complex could be very.good.I would like to complement the lady at reception with the curly hair(can't remember her name, sorry) she is very helpful & will spend time explaining everything to you 😊

    Fabulous location . The new refurbed one bed apartments are lovely . Would highly recommend . I stayed in 234 above 2nd pool and have requested in for when I return in September and March 27. Nothing I could fault . Special word of thanks to Yessica in reservations . She is very helpful at all times.

    We came for the week in April. Couldn't fault the place. Yes they are basic , but they are so clean in fact the whole place is clean. The complex has a lovely snack bar where you can get all sorts of food and drink at good prices. No obvious sun bed wars as all sun beds are stacked and chained at 6pm until 10am the next morning. Which is a fab thing as you do not get the sun bed hoggers at 5am in the morning. The complex is really close to everything including the strip and the beach. However you do have to conquer the famous cardiac hill. I recommend this apartment complex for cleanliness,location and value for money. The staff are also very friendly.
