Location

This attractive apartment complex lies on a hillside at the heart of the tourist area of Puerto del Carmen and just 900 metres away from the fine sand beach of Playa Blanca. It is 1 km to the town centre and there are several shopping areas surrounding the complex where guests may explore the different shops, boutiques, bars as well as restaurants (within 600 m). Links to the public transport network are 150 m away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 189 apartments, 183 studios, 2 single rooms and 4 double rooms located in a 2-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a telephone. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, golf, fishing and horse riding. Water sports available at the apartment hotel include windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing and diving. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, billiards and aerobics. A spa, massage treatments and solarium are available in the wellness area.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a bar and a pub. A fortifying breakfast is served daily.

    We as a family have been here numerous times before and just love this complex. Beautiful and clean and again can’t fault it. Maids are amazing. Although the water did get turned off at times which i know isn’t the complex’s fault it is just an inconvenience and a nuisance. The pool is cold but plenty sun beds available. The weather was beautiful so it was nice for a cool dip. Reception staff amazing as always and really helpful. Regarding the pool bar staff, there was a young girl staff member visibly upset and at times crying and although we didn’t actually speak with her (because of this) the other guests told us her story. We actually felt sorry for her but didn’t engage with her incase of hearing her sorrows. The other staff were great and we did have a fantastic time and would definitely return again. Food was a hit and a miss. But breakfast was always lovely and worth the money. Football always advertised and the Scottish lady always tried to play as many games as possible. Again a lovely holiday and would definitely return.     INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR!

    Absolutely awfull and unprofessional behaviour from young bar-maid, talking to my young son and daughter about her sexual relationship and her breakup. Constantly crying behing bar and whilst at our table taking our order. She messed up our drinks and breakfast orders both days we used the pool bar and made us feel so uncomfortable we didnt use the onsite pool bar for the remaining of our 2 week stay. A formal complaint was lodged with reception. The hotel itself is fantastic. We are a family of 4, my children loved the large pool and outdoor area. Plenty of sun loungers and the grounds are kept very clean and tidy. Reception very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, spacious and modern. Very friendly and helpfull Scottish girl working in pool bar helped us with directions, excursions and other questions we had and Marco on reception was fantastic.     Lovely little place to stay

    My husband and I had a lovely stay here. Apartments as usual clean and bright and a lovely balcony over looking the pool. Staff at reception very nice and helpful although the pool bar staff Larna in particular let the place down. She was constantly crying and telling guests that she had split from her girlfriend. We could also hear her shouting in Spanish in the kitchen and again coming out red eyed and crying. At one point she got sent away and the man behind the bar said he had had enough of her crying. This went on for days and it actually made us feel uncomfortable. This is not a good feel when the other guests are talking and pointing at her when all we want to do is have a lovely relaxing holiday ! Other than this we have enjoyed our stay here again and would most definitely return.     I cannot speak more highly of our time at this resort. Far enough from the strip it's peaceful taxis down are very cheap. The staff were amazing friendly courteous and easy to talk to.     Lovely clean hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious with everything you need. Staff are very nice and helpful. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. It's a 5 minute walk to the promenade. 5 stars.
