Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, this apartment hotel is located in Costa Teguise and is about 5 minutes from the beach. Guests can reach the centre after approximately 1.5 km.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 200 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the apartment hotel include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. Further services include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, an alarm call service and a laundry service. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Rooms include a sofa bed. Guests may safely secure their valuables in a safe for an additional fee. Additional features include a refrigerator and a stovetop. A telephone and satellite television ensure optimal comfort. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. Meals

The hotel features dining services including a buffet restaurant, a café and a lobby bar. All-inclusive can be booked. A generous and varied breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet.     Only real problem I had with the place is the pool is freezing. Put my big toe in once that was enough for me. The place is clean, the staff are nice, beer is great and the food plentiful.Yes chips are available at lunch and dinner and pasta also, there is plenty of choice for even fussy eaters. Cakes jelly ice cream of plenty lots of other foods to choose from. The hotel is 3 star I’ve stayed in worse places and a lot better it’s what I expected for what I paid. All in all it was a great place we went out a lot stayed in a lot , zero problems and zero complaints really, if you want better get the cash 💰 out.     Amazing experience as everything you need is in walking distance and the beach front is like a 6 minute walk from hotel

    Can not complain one bit, from reception, bar staff, cleaners, restaurant staff but most of all the animation team are absolutely fantastic… had a great time again and will always return, thankyou so much for being a great place to enjoy the sun in!     Stayed at the Bluebay 12 years ago and it was looking tired then sadly it doesn’t seem to look any different to how it did then. Yes it is a 3 star hotel but the pool bar theatre bar and rooms really need a facelift. Rooms spacious but sofa beds are impossible to sleep on I had to put a mattress from the bedroom on top of it it was one of those clic clack designed one fine for small children but anyone over the age of 10 would struggle to sleep. The mattresses are comfortable and the sheets were clean. We had no one clean until day three of our stay ( we were there for 5 days) only 2 towels each changed every 3 days. The shower was good and the air conditioning worked well. Balcony chairs and tables past their best. Entertainment- theatre bar not big enough and acoustics are terrible just makes it unpleasant place to sit it’s dark and oppressive and needs updating. The entertainment team work hard and are a credit to the hotel. Pool area is a bit untidy mainly guests leaving food and spilling drinks feel it’s should be jet washed each morning only saw this on one day. The snacks at the pool are the same which is ok as the restaurant opens for lunch to but the food at the pool bar was pretty much cold most days Pool bar has no atmosphere in the evening and it can be quite chilly sat out there and there is no alternative other than the theatre bar again not an issue for us as we like to go out in an evening despite being AI The pool toilets are not pleasant always a wet slippy floor due to people not drying off before going In makes it really dangerous saw loads of kids fall over on the tiled floor Restaurant- the main restaurant is pleasant and very clean but food is your typical 3 star resort you won’t starve but if food is a priority for you then I would consider somewhere else. Drinks - are ok self service (beer and soft drinks ) at pool bar and restaurant which is great no long queues. Staff - are all excellent very friendly and polite they work so hard. The biggest issue for me is the lack of facilities on check out day unable to book late checkout no courtesy room option so you’re stuck around without anywhere to change or get a shower. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where there wasn’t at least a shower room to book. Costa Teguise is lovely with some great bars and restaurants and a really nice vibe. Sadly the bluebay is somewhere I would not return to as it currently is, the hotel has enormous potential but it’s clear that it’s lacked investment over the years.I would personally look elsewhere as there are better hotels in Costa Teguise.
