Location

Ideal for families, this hotel is situated in Playa Blanca, in a quiet area about 1.5 km from the sandy beach. It is about 2 km to the centre. The nearest shops are about 2 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 120 suites. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a car hire service, medical assistance and a laundry service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. 3 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. Leisure activities and facilities at the hotel include tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, aquafit, table tennis and yoga or, for a fee, billiards. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy an entertainment programme.

Meals

The hotel includes a buffet restaurant and a lobby bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are various offers, including a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. The hotel also offers snacks.

    This place is just stunning and peaceful. Its a bit out of the way of the town but a 5 min taxi ride and you have shops and lovely beach area. The resort is lovely staff are kind and undedtanding. Always being cleaned which is a bonus. The rooms were lovely clean tidy with fridge tv towels whenever you need them. A drying area for swimwear in our 2 bed suite. Pool area is lovely sometimes with music other times just calm again very clean plenty of sun beds. The entertainment was nice not to loud and ended at a reasonable time. We were there at a quite time of the year. One lady on kids club which is quite basic as the resort is very small. But she spent so much time with my 7 year old and evenings when on her interaction was lovely. We just had a lovely relaxing time. I liked the food there was not too much variation but again it's a small resort so I felt the food was really good quality and cooked well. The breakfast was a highlight. Bar snacks limited but tasty. Bar staff in evening very engaging and happy all the time. If you want to relax this is defo the place for you.     Really great hotel. All staff friendly, helpful & served you with a smile, anything to help. Rooms were perfect, with own outside space, sun loungers, table & chairs. Fridge & kettle provided.Always able to get a bed around the pool.Food was lovely, fresh salads, meats, fish, pizzas, soup. Something for everyone.Shops a short walk, bit longer walk to more shops & bars, around 40 min walk. Market was great to have a wander round at the Marina Rubicon, bus stop outside the hotel.Definitely will be returning to this lovely hotel.     Having studied TUI for a last minute deal we spotted this one and another and decided to read the reviews. This one came out pretty well so we decided to go for it. The usual TUI trick of ‘we’d like a downstairs apartment for mobility reasons and their response of we’ll do our best sir, and as always…..an upstairs apartment’. The apartment itself was decent, bright and clean. Twin beds kept as twins, instead of being made up as a double was disappointing. Read good stuff about the food but having been here a couple of days would have to say it’s fairly plain, even dull. Not a lot of choice and have ended up with pizza, which is nice. Breakfast is ok. Desserts are almost non existent. Pool bar food not that extensive. Ice creams are not included In the inclusive. Drinks are local as specified but being all inclusive and being told you can have “cocktails under the stairs” by TUI slightly misleading as you can only have the cocktail of the day being part of inclusive. Outside of this you have to pay. The pool bar does karaoke which is like marmite and unfortunately, I hate it especially the raucous stuff we’ve seen today. The entertainment which is a different singer each night is ok.The hotel lobby bar seems to be shut all the time and smoking and vaping seems to be acceptable in and around the pool and bar. The staff are friendly and pleasant and the grounds and hotel are well kept. We’ve been to a lot of 4 * hotels but this isn’t one of them unfortunately. Would say 2* maybe 3 at best.There is nothing around the hotel and you’ll need to get a taxi for a trip to find any sort of life.
