Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Had a wonderful time here. Very clean, lovely apartment very clean and linen and towels changed frequently. Dining room tables spotless and always cleared quickly. Food is good always a good choice. Staff always helpful and friendly Don't expect 5 star when paying for 3 but that said would most certainly return.
