Location

The attractive hotel is quietly situated, only 500 m from the resort centre and its idyllic harbour and array of shopping and entertainment venues. In 1 km, guests will reach the fine sand resort beach of Puerto del Carmen. There are regular local bus links nearby, enabling easy access to other areas. The nearest bus stop is located only 150 m from the hotel.

Facility

99 apartments are available to guests. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Stayed here for a week all inclusive and despite the negative reviews about the food, steep hills etc we managed to get a good deal booking direct with Bluesea we decided to give it a try. Location is great near the harbour where there are plenty of places to eat and drink and yes it could be a trek but it wasn’t a problem for us as we walked to the main strip and back everyday. Now the al inclusive! Despite the moaners we were all inclusive and at every sitting there was something for everyone unless your really really fussy stay some where else. We ate out a couple of nights but that was our choice not the choice of food on offer them nights. The pol area is big and plenty of sun beds around and even on the raised areas so plenty of room for everyone. I think our room was 326 right at the right hand side of the hotel looking towards reception and had a kitchenette and a fridge which would suit anyone staying b&b or self catering if this is an option which was clean and tidy and house keeping maintained it regularly during our stay and the grey/silver haired gentleman on reception made us laugh every time we went through not due to his wit and banter but quite the opposite. But the elephant in the room was Bobby the older guy at the pool bar, the drinks are served in the smallest beakers that we have ever encountered on an all inclusive holiday ever and when they put the big ice cube in there isn’t much room left for a spirit never mind a mixer to go with it but Bobby gets the plaudits for being the most miserable bar staff member we have ever encountered and we even responded to the hotels “ how are we doing during your stay “ email by asking are the costs of our drinks being taken out of his wages? The rule is one cup one drink which he strictly upheld with me and my wife whilst a guy around the pool even had a drinks carrier with six beakers for a table of four Bobby never even battered an eyelid serving them with all six beakers. Other members of staff would let us have a Baileys and Tia Maria in the same beaker but not on Bobbys shift, he classed this as a cocktail and they weren’t on the all inclusive package? Would I stay here again? Probably but definitely wouldn’t be on an all inclusive basis as there are plenty of places to eat and drink so close where you actually get a drink not an ice cube in a beaker.

    The location of the hotel was far away from the strip it was a 30 minute walk from the hotel . The all inclusive food was terrible limited options for our needs the apartment was in need of a revamp it was very basic and needed work done to update it the balcony was a nice addition there is one pool which has a pool bar but there is no entertainment in the hotel we arrived late due to flight delay and there was no options for anything to eat or drink after 11pm for people that are delayed . The staff were lovely and very helpful .

    DO NOT LISTEN TO BAD REVIEWS I have just returned from this hotel after staying for 3 nights ima couples trip. I was really worried after reading the reviews but I had nothing to worry about. On arrival on the Friday evening we walked into reception and you couldSmell how clean it was and the ma on reception was very friendly. We went to our rooms and they were massive. Drinks are nice in the hotel and breakfast was decent with British sausage and variety of eggs. Lunch was basic lunch but still found something and we did not go in for dinner even though we were all inclusive. You are close enough to the strip about 15 mins walk but if you get the hotel to call you a taxi and ask to be dropped at linkers bar at the start of the stripIt will only cost €3.80 to get there.I would definitely book this hotel again and could not fault it in anyway.I would say it wouldn’t be best forFamily’s but definitely 18+

    Worst place ever.. We arrived on Tuesday 19/5/26 a family holiday to celebrate boys 5th birthday on arrival there was a fight in reception with around 6 adults the language was vile and punch’s been thrown we checked it to be told this happens roughly once a week week it didn’t stop there , we book 2 rooms together sea/pool views to be given 2 separate parts of the hotel ..The rooms are disgusting they smell of the old wooden furniture furniture that’s in there the bath was painted with gloss paint and we were expected to put a child in there!! Thankfully we didn’t have any hot water oh and wasn’t fixed that day we decided to leave and pay to stay at another property but had a 4pm check in so we sat by the pool area with the child only for him to hear vile disgusting language and subjected to smell of cannabis all around pool area we spoke to reception about our concerns to be told we come into his country to be louts which am sorry not the case a hard working family just looking to spend time together celebrating a birthday they were rude, arrogant and deeply disrespectful to my family .. It’s very clear this is an all inclusive place for what ever any holiday maker wishes it to be but my advice not for some children or adults looking for a relaxing clean break …
