    We booked this accommodation, once there it was unsanitary, the beds unmade, the floor dirty and a smell of closed is emitted.When we want to contact the owner, no response from her! Mrs Flora Maria cancelled our reservation and still cashed the sum of 400€! A council flee this apartment Originally submitted in French on www.tripadvisor.es. View originals.

    There are 2 apartments at this property A2 on the first floor and A1 on the ground floor. We stayed at A2 but had a good look at A1 before the owner arrived with the correct keys for A2The property has modern(slightly avant garde) styling which is not discordant with the traditional buildings adjoining. This means some trapezoidal rooms and balconies which are fine and not at all impractical. The amount of light in the sitting and kitchen area is superb as a result of wall height sized sliding windows. The furniture is white/calico colour and one wonders how long it will remain fresh looking but meantime gives a light , cool feel to the whole area.Everything is very new, All (almost?) all the furniture , fittings, cutlery and kitchen equipment comes from IKEA and is of good quality . Unusually there are sufficient plates etc to be able to utilise the dishwasher and not run out first. Everything worked and the flat would be perfect if a few items were supplied. e.g. bathroom shelf and the furniture mentioned in their blurb for the balcony but conspicuous by its absence.Although not needed during our visit the flat has its own private , off street parking, very handy and necessary in high seasonThe claimed sea views are a bit tangential as the property is on the side of the coastal street away from the sea. The flat is in a very quiet street which we found a further plus pointA small welcome pack was provided . Left the Nescafe! Lots of bog rolls. 5 * for that.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.
