Location

This complex is situated in Los Mojones, a tranquil and residential area of Puerto del Carmen. Guests will find restaurants, bars, nightspots and links to the public transport network within a 400 m radius and the nearest shops are just 500 m from the complex. Playa Grande beach is 1 km and it is 15 km to Arrecife while Lanzarote Airport is 12 km away.

Facility

65 non-smoking rooms, including 21 single rooms and 38 double rooms, are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and an auxiliary building. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     I loved everything about Casas Heddy in Lanzarote. Outstanding,friendly and helpful staff.The whole ehos of this wellness centre is kindness and keeping everyone happy.Here I must mention Theo,Nico,Kiara,Nuieve,Olaf, and his mum..,Johnny chef...all so lovely....and sorry if I forgot some names....but all so nice.The facilities were amazing,especially the heated pool!As a vegan I was spoiled every night with very tasty options and breakfast had plenty of options.So food was great.The room was lovely with cleaners every other day,which I prefer.Beds were very comfy and the aircon worked well.Loved the entertainment approx 3 nights a week including a quiz night and there was a piano on site too ,which I really enjoyed playing for the guests.The overall place was welcoming ,warming,and like living in a spa...no loud unruly music...just right....at top of the hill- so great views.When I wanted more hustle and bustle from the livelier sea front strip or beautiful marina ...I would walk down and get a taxi back,costing around 4.5 Euros.I WILL BE BACKFabulous review for a fabulous little gem.Thankyou,Dale( piano man)Enterta

    Avoid this hotel!!The room was riddled with flies which is disgusting!The food was either cold or over cooked. I paid for full board but ended up eating out everyday.The pool although heated was very dirty.The gym was also very dirty with visible dust and grime on a lot of the equipment.The location was shocking!! Its placed over a mile out from the main strip up an extremely steep hill. The nearest supermarket is 1 kilometre away also down the hill which made it difficult carrying shopping such as water back to the room.This holiday was advertised to me as a health and fitness resort yet upon arrival the first thing that I noticed was that I was the only guest under the age of 70 (I am 43). This was an extremely strange and uncomfortable experience

    The staff were amazing, the premises is beautifully landscaped, scenic and spotless. The room was very comfortable and the food was absolutely delicious. The wellness centre is just the bonus needed to bring this great resort to a 10 out of 10 for me. The proof is in the pudding with so many clients returning for the great facilities and services year after year. It is a peaceful, restful, and warm welcoming resort where the staff go above and beyond to make you feel like you matter.

    Perfect location for relaxation and recuperation. Clean, friendly, big accommodation with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Staff always on hand to help/serve. Breakfasts were fresh and tasty. Lots to choose from. Eggs cooked while you waited. Lots of variety of breads, cereals, drinks, fresh juices. A walk to the louder/livelier strip and harbour but need to get a taxi back if the weather is too warm as it's uphill. We had a massage by Kristin and she was a true professional, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Prices for drinks were reasonable too. Would definitely go again.
