Location

The hotel enjoys an excellent location at the resort of Playa Blanca, to the south of the island. A number of restaurants, bars, shops and public transport links can be found within a 20-minute walk of the property. Lanzarote Airport is approximately 35 km from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 150 non-smoking rooms located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. Guests may safely secure their valuables in a safe for an additional fee. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a café, a bar and a piano bar. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For a fee, there are also non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages.

    Just arrived back from this excellent hotel, the hotel is spotless the staff are all very good, the bar at the poolside serves great snacks and drinks. 20 mins walk to marina Aldi close by but on site supermarket very good. Be back in July thank you all staff Caybeach Sun.

    This is are 4th stay at CBS and like the previous 3 it's been greatI like to thank the hotel for arranging are requested roomReception staff Excellent always smilingLast yr I mentioned that the sun beds need replacing and was pleasantly surprised by seeing new sun beds(missed the beds on the room terrace)Also noticed brand new washing machine& spin drier Room was ok beds fine 1 hard mattress 1 soft and cleaned everyday got towels when required Pool bar/snacks good It's just the drinks/snacks menu need replacing the staples are rusty and the plastic covers grubby happy hr needs to be from 4 till 6The hotel grounds are clean gardeners do a great job so does all the staff and always happy and smilingThis is are last wk of 4 so just like to thank everyone for a stress free relaxing month in the sun also good to catch up with returning guests from previous yrsSee you all next yr

    Good value for money hotel. We paid less than £500 for 10 nights. The hotel was clean, the pool areas are beautiful, the pool bar does really nice club sandwich and it is in a good location.in Playa Blanca. Aldi is about a ten minute walk just down the road which is prefect for self catering. We hired a car and there is a huge carpark to park your hire car. The beach is 10 minutes away. The hotel also has an indoor pool and gym. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a value for money self catering holiday in Playa Blanca.

    Stayed here for a week,nice apartment,clean upon arrival,shame our room was only cleaned twice whilst staying here,even when we requested for it too be cleaned and fresh towels left it was not,we had too collect clean towels ourself from reception,which is unacceptable as guests staying here,despite this we had a nice holiday in playa blanca,10 min walk into the main strip,shops,restaurants,bars,marina rubicon was nice but most restaurants are expensive if you want too eat out there,markets stalls on a wednesday and saturday ,overall we had a good holiday ,but the cleaning our room situation let this hotel down so for this reason we will not be staying again !!
