    We love this place and always try to go back. Lovely atmosphere and people, fairly quiet but easy to walk to busy shops and restaurants .     Beautiful place but noisy room

    PROSBeautifully decorated and equipped apartment, bed and sofa bed very comfortable.Pool and jacuzzi area a good size and clean also booking of sunbeds a great idea.On site restaurant lovely and staff great.Location perfect for either Matagorda or PDC strip.CONS Would not want room 2A again as probably the noisiest room in the complex as bedroom right next to the road and every time a car or bus passed was noisy and the loose grate on the road didn't help. Also beside bins so got woken up by the binmen.2 of the mornings we stayed a young guy was cleaning, then painting the metal stairs directly behind our room, and this was very noisy, no longer lie that day.I did ask if we could get moved rooms but was told was full, which I found hard to believe as wasn't during school holidays and didn't seem that busy.Saying all that I would definitely stay in Club Del Carmen again if I wasn't in room 2A.     11 out of 10 - literally everything was above expectations. Apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a holiday. The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to cater to your needs. I can not recommend this establishment highly enough. perfect in every way.     Nice winter break in February with family of four.

    Perfect spot for a family for a few days, we were a family of four with two kids (10 and 8). Check in was comprehensive, our room was tucked away in a corner without a view pool so would have been nice to be able to relax on the terrace and see the kids at the pool. That being said, the apartment was modern clean and we cooked a few times which was really useful. Bar and cafe within the complex, perfectly adequate food and drink with a happy hour. Generally quiet at night, some light entertainment. Perfectly located opposite the beach and a short walk to "the strip" with it's many restaurants and shops. Local shops a few minutes away. Bed booking system works a treat although a few seemed to be surprised by it around us (!) when asked to move in the afternoon slots. Pool a temperate temperature for February which was great for the kids. All in all, excellent value.     Not as happy as before

    It was our second time staying in Club Del Carmen. I don’t think we will go back a third time. While it is central and the facilities are good I didn’t feel as welcomed as before. Others got cava on arrival we did not. When looking for information Simona at reception was very short with us and at times came across as rude. The reception is so busy with only one person on. After paying €2400 for the apartment for 8 nights they charged us for a later check out. Check out is 10am if we wanted to stay until 11 it was €10 extra, 12pm €20 extra and 6pm €75 extra. I felt this was too much after all we paid. Overall I just didn’t feel the love!
