This apartment complex is centrally located in the tourist centre of Costa Teguise, within walking distance of plenty of shopping and entertainment venues(500 m). There is a bay with cliff ledges approximately 250 m from the complex and Playa de las Cucharas is about 2 km away. A stop for the public bus lies 300 m from the complex.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 50 apartments. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and a fan ensures just the right temperature. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience.     Arrived to find there is no pool. Nobody had communicated this to us and the hotel was advertised with a pool. We are sorry to hear that the temporary closure of the pool affected your experience.Please note that information regarding the pool closure had been available since February on our website, as well as through all partner agencies and booking platforms.     Lovely quiet apartments good location

    Stayed here in April 2026 for 10 nights and we have nothing bad to say apart from the fact we couldn’t get a sun lounger around the pool so hired some sun loungers for our balcony instead, apart from this the apartment complex is small, lovely and quiet and spotless. Staff were always friendly and helpful and our apartment was cleaned to a high standard and found it very well equipped. As we were arriving after 5pm, we were given the code for the gate and our room number in advance on the day we travelled, communication from the hotel was very good and we had no issues at all. There is a little walk from the main road to the apartments but we were aware of this already, just wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.     Nice room, nice staff but a few issues.

    The hotel is nice, quiet with a decent pool which will very much suit families with small children. The weather was a little mixed so we did not try the pool but those who did seemed to enjoy it and the pool and the surrounding seating area was always kept very clean and tidy. The room was always also kept clean and was a decent size with all of the amenities you could need when on holiday. We stayed bed and breakfast and dined out at night so didn’t use the kitchen, but if you wanted to cook something, there were decent enough facilities to do this.On the downside, breakfast can be very busy with not really enough tables or staff to cope with the number of guests but the breakfast itself was very good. One morning we waited for around 30 minutes without even being able to order anything so gave up and walked down to the town and had breakfast elsewhere. When we returned there was a family there who were waiting to be served before us and only just leaving the table when we got back. They must have been there around 2 hours in total just for breakfast.Not really much on offer for lunchtime food so you either have to again go out elsewhere or make your own, but that is not a massive problem.We had an enjoyable stay but the most disappointing thing for us was that on the day we departed, the reception closed at 5pm so we along with others had to sit outside on plastic chairs for over an hour on a quite cold day at the pool area (fortunately this has some cover as it was also raining) which neither of us deemed considerate or good customer service. The other guests also seemed to echo this.So to summarise, nice place to stay but definitely needs to improve customer service.     Disappointing stay due to cleanliness

    We left our stay feeling very disappointed, especially since previous reviews had already mentioned cleanliness issues — and unfortunately, nothing seems to have improved. Our apartment was not clean on arrival, and even after requesting housekeeping immediately, we continued finding other people’s hair, fluff, and dirt. It was clear the apartment hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained over time. Was left wondering if it being on the top floor had any bearing in the quality of a clean given that the maid arrived only with a mop bucket of dirty water and one spray to clean. The bedding had rips in it, the towels were extremely worn, and the beds and pillows were such low quality that we barely slept. The pillows were lumpy, the bed shifted constantly, and the metal feet scraped loudly on the tiled floor with every movement. Bedrooms smelt musty, there were stains on the cushioned bed frame, mattress and dirt, fingerprints, and spill marks on furniture, walls, and wardrobes, which made the apartment feel even less clean. Very poor cleanliness overall and the manager really needs to stop giving lip service and pay attention and sort this out as this place could have so much potential. I was glad to leave.
