120 non-smoking rooms are available to guests. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Food was the worst i have ever experienced in any hotel, i am grateful for the weightloss but seriously disappointed in a hotel claiming 4 stars. if you dont like eating fish or sea insects then this place isnt for you.The service in the Adult only restaurant was disgusting, the attitude and the anger in their two bar managers Chu and Raul neefs addressing with many of the clientele around us complaining. Throwing menus at you because you couldnt guess what was on them but they expected you to know. When you did request there was never anything available, which Raul was delighted to tell you.The rooms were clean and decent enough, we had a suite which overlooked the pool. The staff in the upstairs adult only bar were friendly and hard working. The entertainment downstairs was average but ruined by screaming out of control kids running around knocking things over.Reception staff were good and informative.The adult only pool area was really good with cushioned sunbeds which we had no bother getting.     Had a great holiday here, had nice food, the room was amazing - definitely stay for the all inclusive package if you can as it makes it worthwhile.Staff were really nice and helpful, people had good English so it was easy to communicate.Few things I would say are; the hotel mostly says Adults only which I thought that meant you would see no kids at all but that's not the case - maybe I misunderstood it or something. Also I would say they should make more drinks / snacks available to all inclusive customers - as there are only 3 cocktails available, the rest are extra which is a shame. But all in all, definitely a very peaceful hotel to stay at!
