Location

The apartments are located on the top of a hill in the Puerto del Carmen area. It is just 50 metres from the beach of Puerto del Carmen and is located on an avenue that features most of the neighbourhood's entertainment attractions, including clubs, restaurants and shops. Furthermore, it is just 10 minutes away from Timanfaya National Park and 15 minutes from the idyllic sandy beaches of Papagayo. The island’s capital, Arrecife, is some 6 kilometres away, and Lanzarote Airport is approximately 15 kilometres from the establishment.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 132 single rooms and 10 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     We stayed here easter week and had a fabulous time. Staff are friendly and the room was huge and clean. Beds made every 2 days and towels changed every 4 days, couldn't fault it at all. Location is perfect - right up the hill from the main strip. Hill was steep but its not a long walk. Admittedly we only used this hotel as a base as we are beach people so we didn't avail of the pool or the food. I had seen a few poor food reviews but when I was booking this the upgrade to all inclusive was £41pp, so I'm not sure why people are expecting michelin star standard there. It might be worth it for the drinks as I had seen people be able to take trays of drink back to their room - ideal if there is a group of you there! Overall I couldn't fault our experience here and would definitely stay again.

    Very very clean ,the food at breakfast and lunch was very tasty with a good choice (we always ate out at night) the staff were very friendly the buffet was fresh and great choice we had no complaints what so ever and would definitely come back

    excellent location..value for money..extremely welcoming friendly courteous staff across the board.. a little reminder to people staying regardless of the age of staff it would be nice if clients treated them with respect..a please and thank you wouldn't go a miss ...place is spotlessly clean and well maintained..apartments are a good size comfortable and very functional..regardless of breakfast lunch or dinner there is something for everyone ...you won't go hungry...some moany minis wanting four star for two star prices...had another amazing stay..Will definitely be back...thank you kindly for your professionalism and courtesy..

    When we first arrived reception was clean. There was a young lad on reception he was lovely and polite. He upgraded our rooms to 2 separate bedroom.We got in our room it was clean and a good size. We could see the sea.Now the bad points I got locked in the bathroom We had to get maintainance guy to come and open it Never got no apology The lock was broken he said he fixed it clearly he hadn't because it happened the day after. The door was really stiff they need updating very old. The food was not good Eggs was crispy and hard like they kept warm in a oven Same breakfast every day. Diner and lunch was it and miss it was cold not much variety Same puddings every day We went out a couple times in the week and lunch. The staff was rude in the dining area and bar staff Bar closed at 11.then they kicked you out straight away Were ever we stay we usually leave tips but not to these staff they very rudeThere was no entertainment day or night We certainly will not be returning to this hotel What we paid for certainly wasn't worth it. It's been the first hotel in a long time that was awfull. We just glad we only a week

    Me and my partner stayed here for 5 nights first impressions walking into the hotel from outside/reception it’s really clean! Staff were okay some were more friendly then others, the apartments were okay very spacious but defiantly needs updating, the shower was terrible just spat at you, we found loads of small ants all over but overall it was very comfy, quite and private. The location was probably the best part about the hotel it was in the middle of everything and the beach was a 2 minute walk away. We did get all inclusive the food wasn’t the best we ate out most nights but we did go for breakfast every morning the drinks are really cheap and not much to them so that could also do with an update. But overall a lovley experience would maybe come back but would only recommend a few nights.
