  Looking forward too and paying for heated pool ! Arrived in afternoon in time to swim , if it had been one degree lower torvill and dean could of performed bolero!! I will just bullet point Reported Told wait two days to heat up ?? No good Handy man out , put up to maximum Yea right !!! Up about 2 degrees Out again end week hand man alone ! Fit new pump !! Old not working Never did heat up Asked Pablo to come for social swim and enjoy warm pool he ignored two invitesFirst day huge bathroom Handel fell off in my hand huge heavy piece landed on my toe almost chopped it off reported Repaired no mention of my toe even after seeing photos My pillows were full of hamster bedding worst I e ever experienced Villa a good 15 mins walk to shop it’s almost in the land time for got you have to pass loads of part build villas very rough Then after booking for 30 nights about day 14 the water went muddy yellow Reported Supposed to fix was the same rest of stay Handyman told me 6 villas the same always been like it to do with supplier !!!!!!!! I didn’t bath or shower for last two weeks as did two others Sink strip wash !!!! Reporting and asking to be moved !!! Was completely IGNORED NOT EVEN AN APPOLOGY,,,,,,I thought some monetary recompense may have been gesture of good will ,, Oh one LAST BUT IMPORTANT There was a side gate which I could of took my mobility scooter through to charge each evening BUT PABLO WOULD NOT LET ME HAVE KEY so one of my friends had to bring it into villa each night to charge !!!!Very mobility friendly NOT SO SO FED UP

  Currently staying here in villa15 and must say it’s absolutely beautiful , yes it’s a walk out of main town but it’s still a great area not far from rubicon marina and supermarket to get your fridge stacked up , the owner is very nice too would definitely recommend you will not be disappointed we will return ☀️☀️☀️

  The property was situated in a quiet part of Playa Blanca, within 15 mins you could walk into Rubicon Marina , which is beautiful and well priced . The other way was another little part ( not sure what it was called ) which had some nice bars supermarket few restaurants. You could also walk to Playa Blanca in about 40 mins strolling if you like it a bit more busier. There are two supermarkets near each other about 5 minute walk to, as well as a bus stop that can take you to Playa Blanca €1.40 single and we got a taxi back €5.00. The Villa was clean well presented although some would call little tired. The beds were extremely comfortable towels and pool towels were provided added bonus. Pablo came to visit us and we had a problem with the tap sorted straight away. He was very friendly and helpful. We had a little welcome pack which was a lovely touch and after a few days we were left a bottle of wine thanking us for our stay. The only downside was the pool was a little cold, however I believe that they are looking into heating them in the future, you can upgrade to a superior at present which has heating. We will definitely come back again and recommend to friends.

  A very peaceful and relaxing location. We were there for the last two weeks in October and stayed in villa 6. The villa was ideal for the two of us. Very clean and tidy and the pool was regularly cleaned. Away from any hustle and bustle and totally stress free. Car was essential but not far to the lovely marina and the town . Teguise on market day was a lot of fun too. Nearest supermarket was in walking distance and very clean and well stocked. Would certainly recommend day trip on ferry to Fuerteventura as it was only €27 return. This was a perfect location and we would definitely return. We both agreed it was our best ever holiday.   The Lanzarote Green Villas are located in Playa Blanca approximately 40 mins from the airport. The location is not ideal as the villas are quite isolated and a car is necessary to reach the main shops and restaurants. The villas have three bedrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs as well as an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet. The villas are generally quite well-equipped with adequate cooking facilities, however unfortunately there is no air conditioning and just a fan in the bedrooms. Another drawback is the lack of storage, as one of the upstairs bedrooms did not have a wardrobe which made storing clothes difficult. Although fresh towels were provided regularly, the villa was only cleaned once during our two week stay. The pool was quite small, but well maintained and cleaned every second day. Although we enjoyed our stay, the lack of air conditioning would deter us from returning.
