Location

This friendly apartment complex is located in Puerto del Carmen, 300 from the marina and 400 m from the town centre. Countless shops, bars, and a magnificent beach are all located less than 1 km away, while restaurants, supermarkets, and a chemist are all to be found directly in front of the hotel. The nearest public transport stop is sited in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and can be easily reached on foot.

Facility

The apartment complex has 27 apartments, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. A safe, a currency exchange service, a playroom and a laundry service are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Children can enjoy the playground. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. A variety of catering options can be booked. Guests can choose between half board and all-inclusive. Breakfast, a lunch à la carte and dinner delight guests with culinary treats and a wide variety of dishes.

    Not how it looks on the pictures, pool area very very small and not alot of room for sunbeds..sunbeds tired and dirty.Apartments very small but ok for two people..The complex very noisy from hotel accross the road.Wall paper thin.Positive location good for walks and on site resturant very good.Would not return to complex.

    After reading other reviews we were a little apprehensive about these apartments but for the price we played they were great.Very clean, staff very polite, we only booked 3 days before travel and travelling with a 2 year old and we got a ground floor apartment with a lovely sunny terrace with travel cot and bedding all ready when we arrived. Proper bargain and in a really nice quiet location. The pool is tiny but was clean and fine for a paddle..Dont listen to the bad reviews this place is spot on...Dont listen to

    Checked in at la bamba monday at 4pm as reception was closed. Didn't even need passport for our Id. Staying in room 11. Was clean on arrival beds comfy. No microwave but kettle & toaster. Came back tuesday at 6pm left door open and went loo came out and my purse & hubby's watch had gone off lounge table. Told reception weds morning she just smiled and said what do you want me to do. Was raging at this point I asked any cameras and got no I don't have cameras here. I said I'd heard there was a robbery here in may and she said sorry I don't understand english yeah right. Avoid this place like the plague. No security except around the pool. Apartment backed on to rubbish bins so constant noise. Glad I'm leaving here tomorrow...

    apartments were basic but very clean tv had a good choice of english channels reception although not 24 hr the staff were very helpful 27 apts in total pool small about 15 mtrs railed off with gates for entry good safety feature guests would greet each other freindly atmosphere the restaurant attatched to the complex well worth a visit lovely food very reasonably priced would go back if I had to give any negative it would be to warn anyone with walking difficulty be aware old town is very hilly some steep taxis are reasonably priced so if you wanted to go to new part of town which is much more level and has a lovely sandy beach lots of shops about 4.50 euro in a taxi

    I am just back from a weeks stay in europa apts in lanzarote and I enjoyed it immensely The location of them is perfect for both a quiet break and a livelier one is just minutes walk away i read reviews before i went so had mixed feelings about it the apartments are spacious and clean yes they are a bit dated but that didn't bother me but suited me well as i was just there to chill some reviews said you had to hire a kettle which isn't true as there is one there so I had no need for my travel one which I brought there was always very hot water any time I used it the apartments are quiet in themselves but you hear the noise from elsewhere but didnt bother me as there isn't a lot you can do about that my room was on ground floor which was easy accessible to the small pool which also was quiet most of the time the beach is a few minutes walk away if you prefer that and I saw the pool cleaned regularly during my stay the reception is open from 9 to 4 weekdays 10 to 3 on sat and closed on suns elena the receptionist is a lovely lady very friendly and helpful The busy strip is about 10 minute walk away a supermarket is across the street and there is a spar just around the corner If you are after a relaxing break they are ideal the beds are comfortable but a blanket would be ideal for the chill through the night the television is good enough and you don't pay for it there is a safety deposit box it costs 16 euro for week but you get 6 off that back when you return the key The restaurant attached to the apartments serves good food and isn't badly priced but there are cheaper places out and about that is where you collect your key if you check in late I would definitely return to these apartments the only downside is the 10 o clock check out as they don't fo late checkouts and your luggage can only stay In reception till it closes which on my last day was 3 30All in all i really enjoyed my stay there
