    A lovely family holiday for my 80 th birthday and my son,s 60th

    It was a lovely hotel , food was really good, less choice than most hotels , but enough and very fresh .,I think they could provide transport maybe twice a day to the beach and new town , as I am 80 and struggled with the hill. We did have taxi,s which were very reasonable , but all adds to the cost . Everywhere was spotless pool area , rooms, restaurant. Yes a very nice experience.     Location is up a hill, however we found it OK as long as we went left out of the hotel gate as found this way easier. Have been here 4 times now and rooms are always clean and spacious enough with a small kitchen area, dining table, sofa and TV with either a balcony with table and chairs or this last time we had a lovely large terrace with sunbeds and table and chairs. Usually go half board as food is pretty good, usually have whatever the chef is cooking fresh. Good value for money and will be back.     This is our third time at the hotel, we wouldn’t go anywhere else in Lanzarote. The staff are lovely the rooms are spotless and cleaned every day. Having the option to cook is a godsend also as our son only eats pasta, so I could make this for him in the room. I let the hotel know he was autistic and there was a bag in the room for him with ear defenders and sensory toys. Such a lovely touch. We had a drink each night in the bar where there was always entertainment on. Pedro was great, always had my drink waiting! Washing facilities on site meant I wasn’t bringing dirty clothes home! A family friendly hotel that we can’t wait to return to.
