Location

The hotel enjoys a first-class location beside the sea, with a spectacular view over Fuerteventura and the island of Lobos. The nearest stunning beach, which is partially sandy, partially pebbled, is only 2.5 km away. The city of Playa Blanca is just 3 km away from the hotel. There are restaurants just 800 m away and links to the public transport system 2 km away. Arrecife airport is about 45 km away.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2025. The resort has a lift and features 327 non-smoking rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Travellers with their own cars can use the parking spaces (no extra charge) (subject to availability). Other services include a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service (for a fee) and a laundry service. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning, adjustable central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. There is also a safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a bidet. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. 4 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools (for a fee). Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. For guests who wish to keep active, basketball and archery are available. Water sports on offer include water aerobics or, for a fee, sailing and diving. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga, aerobics and table football or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a beauty salon and, for an additional fee, a spa, massage treatments, anti-ageing treatments and a hydrojet massage. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

There is a bar on the premises. Staff are also happy to provide gluten-free meals. Guests can request baby food free of charge. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    The room is great and there is plenty of options for food.     Good hotel but not for me.

    Very large family hotel - which is nice as nowhere feels particularly busy. Rooms are cleaned daily and are a very good size. I feel a bit cheated as although there are probably 11 pools, you don’t have access to all of them - some are for gold members, some are in the spa, some in the kids area etc, and so everyone else just hangs around one main pool. The snack bar is great - lots of fruit, sandwiches, hot drinks, soft drinks and then lunch items are added (chips, hotdogs, nuggets). The pool bar is good too and then from 5pm the sports bars is open. As a vegetarian the meal times have become very repetitive (pizza, pasta, salad, potatoes). There seems to be a lot of the same food except for a small area dedicated to a theme (kebabs, fish, sushi). Nothing is particularly hot which I see other reviews have mentioned. Staff are nice and will get you your mealtime drinks. Our 9 yo tried the kids club and refused to go back - not a lot to do and the staff seemed very miserable. We went to the kids disco but again the entertainment team seemed fed up. Probably the worst I’ve experienced in the past 9 years of family holidays. Evening entertainment outside the sports bar is good though. Beach outside is made up of rocks so you can’t spend a day there and the area doesn’t have many bars or restaurant’s in. There is a small shopping area next to the hotel with a supermarket and some gift shops. Overall a good hotel but probably not one I’d return to.     Expensive kids pool

    We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean, and the rooms were excellent. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job — everything was always spotless and very well maintained.The food on the buffet was also great, with different themed dinners and a good variety every day. We really enjoyed the meals and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.The only downside was that the photos on Booking.com were quite misleading. They showed many attractions for children, including pools with slides, but in reality access to these facilities cost an extra €50 per person per day. Since the weather was not good, we did not want to spend €150 per day just for pool access for our family with a child. We were very disappointed with the children’s attractions because of this.However, the evening entertainment and animations were fantastic, fun, and completely free, which we really appreciated.     Great family hotel

    Went with our family of 5, kids aged 4-8. We had the best holiday ever, my first truly relaxing holiday as a parent. The hotel is very child friendly, kids absolutely loved it. Every morning our kids looked forward to playing at the kids club. Staff are absolutely incredible with the children. We got the Gold package, which we highly recommend. It was lovely staying in the quieter Gold level pool. This section has a toasty 34c pool, which the kids loved playing in, and it kept them warm.Every evening, the kids looked forward to the Kiddie disco, which was then followed by the evening entertainment. Kids enjoyed all of this. The kids enjoyment is our only priority, which the hotel delivered.If I had to find improvement, it would be better standard 'neutral food' for the kids. Plain pasta with minimal oil added, crispier chips etc. But overall we were very happy and the kids had fun tasting everything.All the staff throughout the hotel were super friendly, they are a credit to the business, particularly the Kids Club and entertainment team.We will definitely come back next year.
