    Brilliant hotel for families

    Cannot fault this hotel. Just come back from a break with my 9 year old. Hotel is friendly, clean, pretty, spacious and in a great location. Shops opposite, bus stop outside. Beach 5 mins walk. Quiet location though. Food choices are great, themed each night. Entertainment team friendly and there is a kids club for different ages. Reception and restaurant staff fabulous. Lots to do at hotel. Rooms spacious and aircon effective. My only comment would be that the hotel is full of young families. If that’s not you, it probably isn’t right for you. Dinner time can be noisy & busy. Shout out to Diego who is so great with the kids and on stage!

    We stayed at H10 Lanzarote Gardens in May with my daughter, her friend, and her mum, and honestly had the most amazing time from start to finish!The rooms were fantastic — spotless every day with fresh towels waiting for us, which made everything feel extra comfortable and relaxing. The whole hotel was incredibly clean and well looked after.What really made the holiday special was the staff. Every single person was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. The reception team were absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed.The entertainment was full of energy and so much fun, keeping both the kids and adults entertained every day and night. There was always a great atmosphere around the hotel, and it made the whole trip feel really special.We made some amazing memories and didn’t want to leave.     Great location just beside the beach and shops when you walk in to the reception you get a very warm welcome staff so nice we had two rooms and they were spotless clean beds made every day fresh towels we got gifts of chocolates and wine entertainment was fantastic for children and adults the pool area was very well kept plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas pool bar brilliant staff and entertainers so so friendly I can't wait to go back IRIS BERGER, Director General at H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens, responded to this review Dear Marian,Thank you very much for sharing such a positive review of your stay.     Perfect stay at H10 Lanzarote Gardens

    Just returned from a week stay at this beautiful hotel. Upon arrival (30min transfer from airport with Jet2) we were greeted by a kind and polite gentleman on reception. He was very welcoming and friendly. Checking in was fast and easy and we was given a brief description of the hotel, the map and our wristbands which are also the "key" to your room. He offered to have a helper come to take the suitcases to our room as we had the top floor and there are no lifts. Finding the room was a little tricky though, the cases were there before us! We were half board so we later come to realise that the wristband also gets scanned everytime you 'buy' drinks / food - it goes onto your room number and you pay in full at the end of your stay.Our room was spotlessly clean on arrival and almost every morning we came back from breakfast and a cleaner had been in to sweep the floors, mop and make the beds. On day 3 we had new bedding and fresh towels. The rooms were very spacious, had a lot of storage, great sized balcony, hidden kitchen and a bath with a shower. The beds were really comfortable and the pillows also. The food was delicious, a nice amount of variety. We had breakfast and dinner and also ate at the pool bar for lunch a couple times. There is a different theme every night but you can still get the basics so there was always something for everyone. The drinks were OK however the sangria/cocktails come from a machine so the only suggestion I have is that half board customers who pay per drink shouldn't be served pre-made. The restaurant staff work really hard, they're friendly and keep the space clean and we never had a problem getting a table. The entertainment team also do a great job! The hakuna matata show was incredible! Also the magic man. The parks are great for children and the pools with the slides are fab! However, the pools were really really cold!The location of this hotel is amazing! On one side of the entrance doors there is a pharmacy and the other side is a doctors. Then to the left around the corner is mini golf and an aquarium, which we would definitely recommend. Across the road there are plenty of shops and a 5min walk to the lovely sandy beach!Overall our stay was perfect! We loved it! Couldn't of asked for anything more. Thank you.     We are so glad we booked for our 9 night stay here, we’re raging we didn’t book longer!We travelled as 4 adults, and 3 children aged 6,3, and 1. There is something for everyone here.Kids clubs for 4 different age groups, our 1 and 6 year old loved them and the staff running them were so friendly and welcoming, it’s nice for when the kids need a break from the sun.The same staff members are just constantly on the go from morning until night at the entertainment, we got great craic out of the quiz nights and the Hakuna Matata show was fantastic.During the day there are games in the pool, by the pool, at the pool bar it’s non stop, we were never bored.The grounds are kept so clean, rooms cleaned, beds made and bins emptied every day.We were all inclusive and the food at breakfast lunch and dinner had great selection for everyone. The cooked meats were always perfect and the waiting staff were always on their feet running around a hectic dining room full of all ages.The hotel itself is very central and only a very short walk to the beach, we went to the aquarium around the corner and Rancho Texas only 15 minutes in a taxi. The pools were around 26 and 27 degrees while we were here, although the pool with the slides was slightly cooler at 22 degrees. Overall we really had a great holiday, we’ll 100% be back again.
