    Most enjoyable holiday, ticked all the boxes for us

    Just returned 4 adults one child, we really enjoyed our time there. We had two suites (worth paying any extra for) they are very roomy with two bathrooms. Maids cleaned every day except their day off on Friday and cleaned well. I particularly liked the food, lots of choices and good theme nights. The water park on site my grandson really enjoyed and we actually all had a go going down the slides great fun. The grounds are really lovely such beautiful plants and flowers. Bus outside the hotel can take you to three really nice beaches. In Playa Blanca town we bought our souvenirs and then sat on the beach. Definately coming back next year but for me personally would avoid the school holidays as it started to feel very busy before we left.     Awful,dirty, never come again

    Hotel was filthy food was awful there were birds flying around in the restaurant and landing on the bread pecking at it ,so we ate out every day rooms not cleaned properly, after cleaning sons feet were dirty after walking on floor with socks on, the sheets weren’t changed the whole10 days we were there . Pool area was dirty never washed down at night someone was sick by the pool and all cleaner did was sweep it into the filter with a dust pan and brush every other sunbed there was someone with a portable speaker blaring music no respect for anybody else around them.     Hotel was okay English bacon and breakfast had a coupe of weird options food is quite the same near enough every lunch and dinner . The main pool was good but did smell like urine so don’t really think it’s clean had loads of cockroaches in our room and drinks are in paper cups that leak all over you. Entrainment opens at 8:15 and finishes at 10 which I thought was bad as we like to stay up no music on by the pool which we like that they have a roof top bar but doesn’t open till 7pm ?     Cheap and cheerful

    Overall, we had a really good holiday — cheap and cheerful.The negatives first: the TUI Kids Club staff were absolutely awful and, in our opinion, should never work for TUI. Our son has autism and only stayed for an hour, but honestly it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. They seemed completely clueless and we definitely wouldn’t recommend the kids club.The pool was absolutely freezing and definitely not heated.On the positive side, the food was fine and every day we found something nice to eat. The drinks were good and the bar staff were all really friendly.The rooms were cleaned well, very nice, and spacious.A special mention to the entertainment staff — George and Mo were absolutely amazing, along with the rest of the entertainment team. We honestly couldn’t fault them, they were amazing with our little boy.We would book again next year if the price is right.     Pleasantly surprised .

    After reading some negative reviews about this Hotel complex we were pleasantly surprised to find out that these reviews were untrue -What we experienced was very positive -Staff were helpful and hard working and wonderful with our young Grandchildren -There are plenty of sunbeds available between the 3 pool facilities including 2 Bars services near the main pool -Plenty of food choices also in the Main restaurant and was well presented -All in all a really nice complex offering Apartment Style accommodation within easy walk to the main reception Area - Taxis to the main resort of Playa Blanca costs between 4 - 5 Euros or 15 mins walk if you are fit and Able.
