Location

The health resort hotel is located in the tourist centre of Costa Teguise, only around 900 m from the beach and the shopping centre. Guests have the option of using the hotel's free shuttle bus service which runs to the beach or the town centre during the day. There are various bars, restaurants, nightclubs and public transport located in the surrounding area.

Facility

The hotel has 16 junior suites and 333 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available. Complimentary newspapers are available. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a mini fridge. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool area includes saltwater and freshwater pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's pool. Indoors and out, guests can take a rejuvenating swim or just relax poolside. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hotel offers outdoor sports, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, crazy golf, golf and archery or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking. Water sports available at the hotel include windsurfing, snorkelling, diving, water aerobics and aquafit. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, squash and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments, thalassotherapy treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: a spa. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café, a bar and a pub. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for lunch and dinner). Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Clean rooms, good location, awful food and rude staff

    Booked a last minute deal and got a really good price for half board. Location was excellent. Loved watching the planes. Junior suite was very spacious and had 2 rooms. Only 1 working socket near the door though so take an extension lead with your adapter! Food was very repetitive and not good for gluten free. Everything was labelled but meant hardly any food was available. Staff were incredibly rude. One day my partner picked up some freshly cooked pork and when eating he saw it was raw in the middle. Completely pink. I complained to the waitress and showed her and she just shrugged her shoulders and whisked it away!! The next night someone eating there complained of raw chicken, and it was completely raw in the middle. We had half board and I said if we ever returned we’d probably just have breakfast there. Lots of nice restaurants up the road - a good Chinese that does GF called Hong Kong island. Pool was nice, bar had limited drinks. Evening entertainment was awful. We used the kids club once - got the times from reception, which were apparently wrong. We were told 11-1 and they were 11-12:30 which was never confirmed when we dropped off and was somehow our fault that we were ‘late’ when collecting at 1 - even when we showed her the info given to us by reception!I’d return to the area definitely but not the hotel.

    I would highly recommend staying at the Beatriz costa and spa hotel the rooms are really clean and comfortable with great views over the pool and sea staff are very friendly and helpful. Great food and facilities and fantastic entertainment. I really enjoyed my stay and thank you see you again soon.     This isn't Spa hotel as advertised. All indoor pools and Jacuzzi have been shut down but they're still being advertised as available. The food choice was extremely limited,and very cold sadly. I told staff who did nothing. There is a microwave however it looked quite grim. The cocktails are from a machine so be sure to ask for alcohol to be added if wanted. The rooms are basic but clean, the green carpets have seen better days and the chair in room 229 is broken. The curtains are very tatty. The cleaner Kris was fantastic though,really friendly.     We go to a few hotels and see what they are like . We are honest in this have just started doing these reviews so this one is a very short one . So start to finish clean tidy well kept hotel . Staff will help in any way they can. Food was super. Hot tasty and delicious. Drinks served were nice cold and a good choice. Pool very clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone that goes there . Will be back but first we have been asked to check out on other sites hotels .
