    Great experience. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly hardworking staff. Good room with comfortable beds. Good variety of food, and good quality.     Everybody is really helpful will do anything for you. Ada is brilliant and is an asset to the hotel. Rooms are clean. The only negative thing is that food can sometimes be cold. Julio is a very nice man, he took my concern seriously and was thinking a way to solve the situation.     Perfect place to recharge

    Really nice location very short walk to the beach. Hotel atmosphere is quiet and perfect for low key vibe relaxing holiday. Room was nice, other reviews complained about being dark but we prefer cool dark rooms when on a hot holiday so was perfect for us. Slept great bed really comfortable room kept spotlessly clean by room service every day. Food was nice, we were able to choose healthy options salads and lovely fresh fish and fruits and yoghurts (lots of other stuff on offer but not to our tastes). Aida the entertainment rep was just great, not overbearing, cheerful and somehow remembers everyone’s names.Definately feel the holiday was good value. Only two pieces of feedback would be that the gym really needs to open earlier, Much earlier. We really wanted to use the gym before breakfast so it should open at 7am not 8am and it needs to have air con so that the door can be closed to keep noise levels from other guests. And also it’s not great to have workmen using a tile cutter while refurbishing a room by the pool. Also appreciate that’s temporary but…..Kinda destroyed the peace for a couple of days. Appreciate hotels need to refurb but the noise of the tile cutting was grating….. having said that this would not put me off booking here again. Vibe is what we needed, recharge. Staff are really lovely and helpful…..
