Location

This apartment complex is situated in a quiet location in the centre of Playa de los Picollos and is just 300 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach with a lively promenade. The town centre, offering plenty of shopping and entertainment venues, lies just a few minutes walk away and there is a bus stop directly in front of the complex (200 m).

Facility

4 junior suites, 188 apartments, 44 single rooms and 98 double rooms are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and an auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, a currency exchange service and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance and a laundry service. Sport

The pool complex, which includes 3 outdoor pools and 3 children's pools is a great place to work out or just relax and unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes cycling/mountain biking and bocce. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis and beach volleyball. With aquafit or, for a fee, windsurfing, jet skiing, sailing, catamaraning, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis and darts or, for a fee, billiards and squash. Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant (with high chairs) and a bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive.     Hotel is lovely and the food is really good.We arrived late and had a welcome cold platter waiting for us. I loved how breakfast was on until 10:30am. Lunch was 1-3pm & dinner started at 6:30-9:30pm. The food was really good and good choice daily. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel felt separate as had different areas. Within walking distance to pubs and shops, Spar. Have lovely wild parrots you can get up close to by feeding them. Negatives Not much choice of snacks throughout the day for All inclusive. A couple choices of loaf cake, fruits & ice cream. Nothing else so was a long time to go without if missed lunch.You not be allocated a room within the hotel as has a couple other complexs and pools but there still nice. Just bed to walk and walk across for drinks etc.

    This will be a short review as Keeping it simple. Not a bad place. Location is ok, only a short walk to strip & beach. Staff helpful and friendly. Food was good, found something to eat every day and most of it was tasty with a good selection. The pool is a salt water pool and nice and warm. The animation team did a good job getting people involved in the usual games etc. The rooms cleaned every day. I rented a kettle as I like a cup of tea when I wake up, but there are no cups or plates or any cooking utensils as obviously it's a AI hotel. The hotel itself is in reasonable good shape, it's 3* not 4. No lifts but it is only a 2 storey complex though probably not good if you have mobility issues. The main downside to this hotel is the lack of toilets! None round the pool, none in the restaurant or bar area. If you needed to go, it's up the ramp back to reception!! I'm guessing many may have used the pool to relieve themselves as it's a treck from back end of pool area. Other than that no real complaints. Bed was comfy, room clean and tidy and overall a good holiday here though due to lack of toilets would not return.     A good 3* hotels. Positives:-Rooms are clean and comfortable in size. - Fridge in room.- Massive shout out to Viktor on the reception team, super personable and friendly.- Pizza is great from the restaurant.- Staff will always greet you and you feel welcome.- Lots of sun loungers, no need for towel wars in April.- Hiring of towels was useful. - As an animal lover, lots of cats wandering around and looked after was a lovely touch.Cons:- Food was repetitive - no such thing as themed nights.-The mattresses certainly could do with replacing. - The heated pool wasn’t as heated as a Brit may expect in April. Kids were having a lovely time though! - One main drinks offer in the snack bar - no bottles of water or a drinks machine in the lobby - this could be a nightmare if you’re not located close. We ended up buying bottles of drink save to’ing and fro’ing from the snack bar. Water bottle refill is in the restaurant which is closed before dining area. - Flies also like to dine in the snack bar - sandwiches and cakes are left uncovered.Can’t comment on entertainment as went out each evening. Location is good but not as central as everyone makes out - a good 15 mins walk to the centre of the “strip”.     Nothing negative to say about this hotel, we arrived at 11am but room ready, beautiful spot and yes the furniture is dark wood so dated but the complex is kept so very clean, maid service everyday and food was delicious , 3 pool areas so you can pick lively, bit quieter or quiet, staff all lovely and friendly but a special shout out for RAQUEL, she is so funny, friendly and knows exactly what good customer service is all about .
