Location

This apartment complex is situated on a slight incline at the centre of Puerto del Carmen. Sandy Playa Blanca is about 300 m away as is a long beach promenade with countless shops, bars and restaurants. The stop for public transport is to be found about 200 m from the complex; the island’s airport is about 7 km away.

Facility

26 apartments are available to guests. A check-in/check-out service is available round the clock at the reception desk in the lobby. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the apartment hotel provides various services and facilities, including a safe, a currency exchange service and a car hire service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car.

A welcome gift awaits guests. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent.     So central to the main strip. Spotlessly clean, plenty hot water. Very easy check in, reception wasn’t open on the day. Very safe and secure. Pin no required to access the apartment. We were given a bottle of bubbly and chocolates to celebrate Christmas. Would love to come back. Thank you for everything 🎅🎅 xx

    Disappointed did not get the two bedroom apartment as booked due to overbooking by the owners, instead given two apartments & in different blocks. Would have been easier if we were either next door or allocated an upstairs & downstairs in same building. Although this didn’t spoil our break away it was an inconvenience. On the plus side, we had a lot of laughs & location was perfect. We would definitely recommend.

    Lovely apartment, a two bedroom, lots of space. Well appointed and with comfortable beds.Small problem with the toilet was quickly resolved. The reception staff very helpful and friendly.Good to have a pool bar, with happy hour and welcoming barperson.The pool is small but adequate for a cooling swim.Good location despite being at the top of a big hill, which is not as bad as it looks! Good access to a good selection of restaurants and bars.

    We stayed here at Isla de Lobos in puerto del carmen. We normally stay in Jable Bermudas but they were not available so we choose these apartments as they are in the same location.We had a great holiday in puerto del carmen but we were out and about most days and every evening, it's a great resort.I will give you a very honest pro and cons review.PRO'SExcellent location a few minutes walk from the strip. There is cardiac hill but there are other routes.Full size fridge in the apartment. And kitchen well equipped.Nice and peaceful during the day and always sunbeds available.All staff very friendly.We had an upstairs apartment so nice sea view.Towels changed twice during the week CON'SSheets not changed for the whole week. Sunbeds are in a heap most of them broken.Very few sun umbrella's and any that is there, they are in a heap....see photos.Pool bar closed 2 out of the 7 days we were there. Not sure why.
