Location

This apartment complex is located within the tourist centre of Puerto del Carmen. A beautiful beach can be found about 300 m from the hotel and is easily reached on foot.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 23 rooms. Friendly staff are available at the reception desk. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine.     We stayed in the annex. The location was perfect for us, about 7 minute walk to the main strip but quiet at night, which was great (on our last night there was someone playing loud music until late but it was in a different complex, it was Carnaval). The apartment had a small kitchen with 2 hobs, a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and an Italian style coffee maker and an island with 3 stools. The bathroom looked as it had been recently renovated and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. There was a spacious living room with a sofa, table and tv. The bedroom had 2 single beds and a very spacious built in wardrobe. The outdoor space was my favorite part of the apartment, there was a table and 2 chairs, just right by the pool and most importantly no sunbed wars in this complex. Plenty of parking spaces on the door step.There was a clothes airer that we used. We had an issue with a door handle but this was quickly and efficiently dealt with.The staff was very friendly and attentive. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful break in busy PC.I missed some pegs on the clothes airer, and couple of bowls in the kitchen.

    Lovely modern clean apartment. Safe and secure and sheltered from the wind, the pool was smashing and very refreshing not cold. Only 5 or 6 minutes walk from the strip/beach etc. Felt so relaxed and bus stop for the airport (no 161) is practically outside. Would come back in a heartbeat, excellent.

    We stayed at the apartments earlier in the year and it was so wonderful we booked direct with the property to return this month.Apartments have recently been refurbished and are to a very high standard. Host was super helpful and made our stay an absolute delight.Pool areas kept clean and tidy and apartments had everything we needed. It all felt incredibly safe for 2 ladies travelling.An easy 10 minute walk to the start of the strip.

    Absolutely lovely wee place to stay!I forgot to ask his name, but the man running reception was so incredibly nice no question was a bother and was happy to book us a taxi to the airport. Lots of wee shops around, however if you don't fancy lugging water you can get a massive bottle for 2€ at reception.Everything was very clean, pool was excellently maintained with the man pottering around who was also a very lovely guy. Maids will give you some toilet roll if you run out just have to ask, and new towels every 7 days however we did get some fresh ones before that.Apartments themselves were a 10/10, big and spacious with all the amenities you would need for self catering. Beds comfy, nice spacious bathroom. Loved the sunlights in the apartment letting the beautiful Lanzarote sunshine in. The personal sunbeds were a great addition too.Its in a nice quiet area and as others have said it is a 10 min walk to the main strip, with pubs and restaurants along the way. Would definitely return ❤️

    Highly recommend these apartments. Well equipped and fresh with everything you could need. The pool is lovely, gardens and complex well kept and staff are friendly.Own sun loungers, outside furniture and a lovely terrace to relax on.Tiny criticism but not enough to keep us from coming back, towels need replacing they’re worn out.Other than that, fabulous!!
