Location

This bright apartment complex is centrally located on a hill in the tourist area of Puerto del Carmen, and is only across a road from the sandy beach. Guests can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea from the hotel. From here, there are a variety of options for enjoying Lanzarote. A commercial area with shops, boutiques, bars, nightclubs and restaurants is located nearby. Arrecife airport is 8 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lift and features 64 apartments. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Rooms

Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

    The apartments are listed as 3 star, trust me they are 2 at best. View and position make this place a very attractive option. The staff where good and helpful and grounds where nice but rooms need an overhaul. The reason I scored it so low was the fact you cannot guarantee a relaxing, peaceful holiday due to the fact that they allow large same gender groups, in our case a 30 strong rugby team that used it as their own personal villa and didn't respect boundaries ( walking on our porch early in the morning while shouting and drinking). We did ask them to behave but by day 2 gave up and booked another hotel in Costa Teguise which was fantastic. I can't blame the hotel as they are in the business to make money but I feel they could advise via tour operators (in our case Jet 2) that they allow same gender groups. Speaking of Jet 2 don't rely on the rep to show up. Ours was due on Thursday (as written in the folder) but failed to appear. On checking the Jet 2 folder again we found the day had changed to Saturday and much to late to help.     On arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly security guard who checked us in and showed us to our room. We stayed in apartment 502 with a sea and pool view, which was lovely. The apartment was very spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage for clothes. TheThe location is excellent, with two supermarkets just a 5-minute walk away, along with plenty of bars and restaurants offering reasonably priced, lovely food. There’s also a bowling alley and pool tables on the front, which is great if the weather isn’t good. The beach is just across the road, and the pool area itself was nice.One downside was that many people were reserving sunbeds early and not returning until midday. Although there were signs saying sunbeds shouldn’t be reserved, this rule wasn’t enforced, even though the lifeguard was present.During our one-week stay, we only had one clean and one towel change, which was a bit disappointing.The hill to the property isn’t too bad to climb, but it can be slippery when it rains. You can hire an iron for free (with a €20 deposit), and there is a hairdryer in the bathroom. However, there aren’t many plug sockets in the apartment. The WiFi worked well, especially in the living room.Overall, we had a good stay and would return, as the location is brilliant for everything.     My first time visit and I absolutely loved this accommodation. Perfect location hill not too bad. Apartments have everything you need. The staff are very friendly and accommodating big shout out to Mo in the pool bar works non stop cooking and serving. Food very good and all reasonable priced. Came for 7 days wished it was longer. Lots of sunbeds. location to various bars and restaurants 5 mins walk away. Thank you to all the staff at the Morana had a great holiday already booked to return next year.     Had requested lower apartment due to steep hill & was delighted that my request had been granted. Apartment was lovely and clean, had air conditioning in main room (wasn't needed) and a fan in bedroom Shower was brilliant with plenty of hot water. Unfortunately wifi was non existent!! Downside was that there was work going on in the building in front of us and the bottle bins were on the road outside - used all day and well into the night & then the bins were emptied around 7 in the morning. This did not deter us having a lovely holiday and would recommend apartments.
