This apartment hotel lies in the middle of the tourist centre, just across the coastal road from Playa de Los Pocillos beach (50 m away). There are a profusion of wonderful bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shopping facilities in the surrounding area. The public transport network is easily reached on foot. It is just 6 km to the airport.

Facility

The holiday village has a lift and features 215 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Dining facilities include a non-smoking restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. Special extras await all-inclusive holidaymakers, such as non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, for example. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    We stayed in a sea view room with was very spacious and clean. The pool area had lots of beds that doesn't allow you to reserve before 9am and checks on sun beds during the day to make sure towels aren't being left for hours at a time if so they are removed , but there's plenty so no worries . It's a very quiet hotel at night .Buffet breakfast was fine i would've liked a little more choice but hey it is what it is. We thought it was value for money and would consider returning. All staff we met were brilliant and always said hello or helped out if needed . At the poolside bar watch out for Manuels vodka measures jeezzo!!!!. As we chose breakfast only we went out at night and you'll need your walking shoes for this one , your at least 10-15 mins to the start of the decent restaurants but to the casino area your at least 30 min walk, Playa Grande beach where we watched the Iron Man took us 50 mins. We did holiday with our family so jumping in taxis really wasn't an option with young kids and buggies.

    Fantastic Hotel - staff are a highlight!

    Arrival & Staff – Oli gave us a very warm welcome on arrival and suggested we go straight to dinner before the restaurant closed at 9pm. Throughout our stay all staff were friendly and approachable, especially Elisa and Felipe (Assistant Manager), who were extremely helpful during the noise issues we experienced. Maintenance also fixed an air-conditioning issue within five minutes of us reporting it.Room – 1411, 1413 and 1461 were clean, comfortable and had amazing views, great air conditioning, comfortable beds/pillows and toiletries provided. Unfortunately (1411 and 1413) were affected by very loud evening entertainment noise from the nearby Hyde Park Lane Hotel until around midnight. Part of our group later moved to room 1461, which had a quieter location and allowed much better sleep. Noise – Worth noting for light sleepers: noise from the nearby Hyde Park Lane Hotel was extremely loud in the evenings. This was not the hotel’s fault, and staff genuinely did everything they could to help, including contacting the neighbouring hotel to ask them to reduce the volume.Food – We stayed half board and loved the flexibility of swapping dinner for lunch. Breakfast selection was good, lunch and dinner had fresh fish and meat cooked in front of you, plus salads and breads. Staff kept everything very clean and tidy. Free drinking water was also available in the restaurant and at the pool bar.Pool & Facilities – Pool was a good size with a jacuzzi available and a friendly lifeguard on duty. Small but well-equipped gym with treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, weights, cable machines and sauna (heated 3pm–7pm). Useful shower room with toiletries for late departures.WiFi – Free and reliable in the rooms, although slightly inconsistent downstairs.Location – Excellent location: around 10 minutes from the airport, less than 5 minutes to the beach, and close to Spar, HyperDino, restaurants and shops. Everything is within easy walking distance.Extras – Bike racks available outside the hotel. We hired mountain bikes from Quick Tickets (5 min walk right out of hotel) which were comfortable and reasonably priced at €30 per bike for 3 days. Overall – Despite the nearby hotel noise, we had a lovely stay and would happily return thanks to the friendly staff, cleanliness, facilities and excellent location.Thank you so much for all of your help and support during our stay 🌟 We felt very supported in our issues with Hyde Park Lane.

    I stayed here for a week as a solo traveller and it was perfect. I felt very safe here on my own and the staff were very kind to me. In fact all of the staff are fantastic! I found them to be helpful, friendly, happy and efficient.The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable with a bath & shower and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool/sea which got the sun all afternoon and evening.The dining room was very calm and relaxed and what made the holiday for me was being able to eat outside for every meal.The food was very good, it was tasty and fresh and there was plenty of choice for all nationalities! If you don't like the food then you must have something wrong with you.The drinks were very reasonably priced.Location was great especially if you like walking.I honestly can't find anything wrong with this hotel. In my opinion it was perfect and I would recommend it! Thank you for a lovely holiday.     We have just got back from ten nights in this hotel . The rooms are clean .the pool was very good . The staff were excellent the food was varied .we were a family of six and we always found something to eat at every meal .the drinks are good quality and the snack bar made a nice change on a lunchtime if you just want a light meal .
