  Lovely villa

  A lovely villa with all you need plus extra. It is a little far from centre but was not a problem as we hired cars anyway. We were a family of six, grand parents, parents and two young children. The little ones loved the games room. As it was February the pool was too cold for them but they enjoyed playing with the pool toys around the pool anyway.   Probably won't stay here again

  Just returned today from staying at a villa at Las Caletas with Jet2. Having read reviews on this site we had high expectations. On arrival we had to phone Jet2 as we couldn't unlock the door to the Villa as it had a complicated system whereby you had to turn the key and then pull the door and then push it! The Villa was larger than expected but in need of some TLC. The furniture had marks and stains on it, the basement/games room smelt musty and the water pressure was so low we weren't able to use the baths or showers on the upper floor so the advertised jacuzzi bath was of no use. No toiletries, bin bags or cleaning equipment were left so we had to buy all these items when we first arrived, fortunately Spar and Lidl are just across the road. No instructions were left as to where the outside bins were so we had to keep all our rubbish in the Villa. The villa we stayed in was next to the main road and construction work is currently going on there so there was some noise. We had a good holiday but probably won't stay here again just because of the location as it's a long way from Costa Teguise.   Lovely Villa on the outskirts of Costa Teguise

  We booked this villa through Jet2, we liked it as we had transfers included, normally when we book a villa in PDC we get a taxi. The transfer bus dropped us off at the village entrance and we were left to go on our way. Luckily we met someone who found us looking lost and showed us to our villa - Zafiro. The villa was huge and on the outside road of the village which was great and the new Lidl is a few minute walk away. The villa so clean, we were even left a bottle of wine, chocolate milk and some apples. You do ideally need a car to stay as it’s on the outskirts of Costa Teguise, we did get a taxi a few times to the resort as we had a 6 year old but it became a bit of a chore so ended up eating at the villa.One of the bedrooms didn’t have A/C so it did get quite hot as we were there during the heatwave.The pool isn’t huge considering the villa sleeps 6 and it was freezing as it has no cover. The pool is at the front of the villa which was a bit off putting at the start of the week but you kind of forget you're on a main road. We had the transfer pickup details text and it said to wait outside number 6. We arrived 15 mins early and waited 15 minutes after the allocated times and no pick up so we jumped in a taxi which cost 20 euros. I would stay here again but maybe with older children who don’t mind the walk.   Superb villa in a great location close to all amenities

  Excellent villa in a great location. Walking distance to marina and beach. Clean, comfortable and well equipped villa. Pool was a good size with Astro surrounding it great for young children. Hosts were very good when we needed to ask anything too. Will definitely be back!   Fantastic villa

  Booked with Jet 2 , hire car included . They have now introduced a £70 insurance tariff on your hire car when you collect it. Arrived late at night . Instructions to find and to get into villa were very easy to follow.Excellent big villa over 3 floors. Kitchen well equipped including a small washing machine which we used everyday and put the clean clothes back in the case. Less washing when you come home. Welcome pack of water, wine ,choclate milk for the kids some fruit and muffins.Basement had a ping ping table and some games for the kids, also had 2 couchesGround floor had the kitchen , large living fining area with hifi , tv with basic channels and access to international channels through the wifi hub .There is also a shower room on this level and a small office space.1st floor had 3 bedrooms , master was huge with kingsize bed , huge walk in wardrobe abd a massive en suite with shower and jacuzzi bath. There is also a big hairdrier. This room had air con2nd bedroom with twin beds , chest of drawes and fitted wardrobe.and a balcony off it, this room had aircon 3rd bedroom had a double bed fitted wardrobe chest of drawersthisnroom had no air con but did have a large fan. There is also a large family bathroom on this floor with a bath with shower over it.There are plenty towels, pool towels and extra sheets.There is no cleaning service at these villas apart from the pool was cleaned once a week. There is a brush and mop etc should you need to use itThere is a great big out door area which includes a large dining area , there are 6 sun longers for around the pool . You get the sun on the pool area from around 9am and there all day. There is also a bbq. The 2 hire cars we had had to be parked outside the villa in the street as the driveway is locked. The villa is on the ouskirts of Costa Tequise so the cars were a god send.
