Location

This hotel is located on a main road in the tourist centre of Puerto del Carmen, just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre. It is located right by the long, fine sandy beach of Playa de los Pocillos. The centre of Puerto del Carmen is around 1 km away. A wide selection of shopping and entertainment venues are all located in the neighbourhood and links to the public transport system are only 200 m from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 6 junior suites and 181 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

The hotel includes a restaurant (with high chairs) and a bar. Half board can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch à la carte and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Came home 2 days early as 460 euros stolen out my bag from the room after I left it for 1 hour, beds had been made but no cleaning! Told receptionist and he called someone, spoke in Spanish and laughed down the phone. Not even an apology! Apart from the rude male receptionist the hotel has no atmosphere, the worst experience I’ve ever had and they employ thieves so good luck if you book here.     Great 1st vist, can't wait to go back!

    Our first visit to Las Costas, and it will certainly not be our last!On holiday in Tenerife last year, we got chatting to a couple of similar age in a restaurant. We spoke about Tenerife, saying we found Costa Adeje very hilly. The other couple said they preferred Lanzarote, and specifically Las Costas.On their recommendation we booked.Checking in was so easy with Jonathon, given clear instructions to our room. Booked a side sea view room, and it was perfect. View across Los Picollos beach, sunny all day to about 4.30 in the afternoon.Lovely bathroom. A seating area, with tv, nice to have on the 1 not so sunny day.Spotlessly clean. The lady who cleaned every day was a delight, allowing us to practice our Spanish, a friendly, kind person. (Sorry, didn't get her name)Restaurant, snack bar and cocktail bar staff were all absolutely great too. Always smiling, friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. (Too many names to mention)The evening we stayed to eat in the hotel, we also enjoyed the entertainment in cocktail bar. Lovely singer.We were B&B, as we like to visit other places, breakfast is a very varied, many options buffet. Even a glass of bubbly available if you chose to. We stayed in hotel for evening meal 1st night as hadn't familiarised ourselves with the area. Good buffet, 3 courses, and at €20 per person, plus any drinks, was very reasonable.Always able to get a sunbed around the pool, nice to be able to also chill on sunbeds on our little terrace too.One tiny thing we found was only 1 pillow each, but called reception and 2 more brought to our room within minutes. Although, they were a little lumpy, not very comfortable, but that's our only negative comment. Everything else was superb.Looking forward to our next visit later in the year.     We would like to thank the kind staff who helped us on our recent visit to this lovely hotel. I had made a mistake when making the booking with the result there was no reservation for us when we arrived. The reception staff and manager were extremely kind to us and facilitated our stay. We would highly recommend the hotel. The rooms are spacious and the pool area is very well designed with a a lovely view over the beach and sea. All staff are very pleasant and friendly. Breakfasts and dinner are always a delightful experience.     Lovely 2nd visit.

    Enjoyed our recent visit, again great hotel, well located, clean comfortable accommodation with very pleasant friendly staff.The pool is heated, which was very nice for an outdoor swim in March. Good choice of food at breakfast and dinner, with a lovely pool bar ideal for lunch. The only negative is the evening bar, isn't good. The service is slow and twice they got our order wrong. On our last night the bar was the busiest we'd seen because it was raining and it was a disaster. We left and went to a place across the road. Saying that we intend returning.
