Location

The hotel is 400 metres from the dark sandy beach, where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants. The bus stop to Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen is just 500 m away. There are many shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the complex. Lanzarote Airport is about 12 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 52 apartments. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the apartment complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Some rooms include a balcony. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer and a telephone are available for daily use. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The complex has smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. The complex offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes tennis and horse riding. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking, golf and Nordic walking. Water sports on offer include snorkelling or, for a fee, windsurfing and diving. Sports options available to guests include a gym or, for a fee, billiards. A spa and solarium are available in the wellness area. A dance club offers fun and entertainment.

    Lovely wee hotel, with a decent Location with the Square about a 15 min walk away. Food was good but not amazing, But there is plenty places to go out for Breakfast lunch or dinner, Staff were very friendly. And the Rooms were massive with plenty wardrobe space. Sunbeds were never a problem either. But it must have been Butterfly season in April because there was thousands of them . The swimming pool was warm too which was a pleasant surprise. And the beer is about £3 a pint . The BBQ on a Wednesday was absolutely fantastic tbh 😋 👌.. All in all a good place to stay for a holiday. Some of the pictures are from different restaurants we were at. Very very tasty with good size portions.

    Amazing apartments with everything you need you won't be disappointed

    Having stayed here last year we booked to come back Absolutely love these apartments.Situated just outside of the main street.The main square is approximately a 15 minute walk.We had a ground floor apartment which was suited for us with our 5 year old. We had room 312 with a garden view over looking the back of H10. Nice a quiet. Has all the amenities you would expect with a bedroom, bathroom with bath over shower and wash basin. Kitchen had all the amenities you would need kettle toaster coffee machine (didn't use this)We enjoyed the food and drinks at the bar definitely recommend Eva BBQ and the paella both were 😋 We ate at some of our favourite restaurants whilst there including: Juanita in the square, Pablo, Moons, la toscana and also tried some new places too including spicy affair delicious curry. We love it so much here so have booked to come again next year for 2 weeks. Thanks for an amazing stay Nazaret Sol. See you next Summer

    As most say it needs updated but can't fault the staff or how clean the rooms are kept. It suited us that the pool bar didn't stay open all night as we had went to relax ... think it was the timebofbyear we went but there was sunbeds if needed and yes ppl did have towels on them from early... had a few drinks at the pool bar. Plenty of entertainment just a few minutes away aswell as shops and places to eat

    Didn’t know what to expect but on arrival was really impressed with everything. Nice clean reception and friendly greeting and was quickly shown to a lovely pool view room. It had a huge balcony complete with a table and chairs and two very comfortable sun beds - we were not expecting that at all, looking around most rooms seem to have the same. The accommodation itself was large and spacious and in my eyes not dated but in need of some TLC. Nice fitted bedroom with comfortable beds, well laid out bathroom with a decent shower over a bath. Small kitchen with all your needs covered, small table and chairs, living area with settee and table and TV (didn’t use it🤣🤣)Lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds and a very nice bar/ snack bar at competitive prices.The apartments are within a few minutes walk of a supermarket and a couple of bars, further 5 minute walk to a shopping centre bristling with bars and restaurants and a couple of minutes on to the beach.Overall a great week away

    Great Self Catering Apartments away from the main resort centre

    10 minutes walk from the main beach area this small appartment complex is in a quiet street but with all the amenities nearby, Pubs, places to eat and a very well stocked Spar shop all within a 2 minute walk.The complex is spotlessly clean, towels changed every other day and bedding change twice a week.We had a self catering appt, kitchen was more than adequate, with a fridge, toaster, 2 hob cooker and a microwave, nice touch with the Coffee machine. The appartment was spacious for 2 people and the bed really comfy; really slept well.The decor and furniture is very tired and needs replacing and a lick of paint, this is the only thing that lets the appts down. We had a large rooftop sun bathing area with table, chairs and 2 loungers that overlooked the pool area; would have been lovely but the weather was terrible!!The pool area is fantastic, and a heated pool, plus a small infants pool. There is a bar next to pool that also does snack food and has themed days - The Saturday Paella is superb.Staff are all fantastic and really helpfull; all in all a great stay.
