Location

This attractive apartment complex is situated in the tourist centre of Costa Teguise, in the middle of a wonderful well-tended garden. It is approximately 150 m from the nearest sandy beach. The town centre, with several cafés, bars, restaurants and nightclubs surround the hotel. Public transport departs from stops located directly in front of the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 164 rooms and 74 junior suites. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning (no extra charge) ensures just the right temperature. Most rooms include a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. For young travellers, children's beds can be provided. A safe and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has 20 family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and golf are available. With snorkelling and diving available, the hotel also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, table tennis and billiards. A wellness area with a solarium is available to guests. For a fee, massage treatments are also offered.

Meals

At the non-smoking restaurant, guests are waited on in a cosy atmosphere. Half board is offered as a catering option. It is also possible to order breakfast. Vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, picnics and snacks are available.

    Lovely Hotel

    We had a lovely stay in mid May. The hotel grounds are well kept, the rooms are modern and the pool is heated! We booked direct with the hotel - two deluxe rooms, these were on the same floor and there is a door that can lock entry to both rooms so it can be like having a 2 bed 2 bath apartment which I thought was an excellent idea if you had children (although our one wouldn’t lock). On arrival we were given a welcome drink and a bottle of wine and water in each room. The rooms had air conditioning, free wifi (worked well ) tv, fridge, safe (free), hair dryer, soap, body milk, shower/hair gel, tea and coffee. Free pool towels. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We did half board, , plenty to choose from for breakfast, dinner had less choice than some hotels we have stayed in but there was enough to choose from. Vegetarian options were very limited in the evening, there was soya/oat/lacto free milk at breakfast and soya/lacto free yogurts. We were made aware when we booked that one of the pools was closed until the end of May - this didn’t cause any issues as there were plenty of sunbeds by the open pool and the pool was never too busy. The hotel is situated by shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach and bus stop. A taxi from the airport is about 30 euros and about 20 minutes. Costa Teguise is very much aimed at British tourists with lots of Irish bars, tourist shops etc so wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for for an authentic spanish resort. We have no complaints about this hotel at all.     A lovely place to stay

    Had a lovely stay here as a half board family in two double rooms. Was very clean and well looked after. Unfortunately the second pool was closed but we didn’t find the one pool too busy. Pool towels were provided free of charge also. Food options were quite limited for a vegetarian although there was non dairy milk and yoghurt for breakfast, but labelling of the main dishes was not particularly clear. All the staff we spoke with were very friendly and happy to help. A very convenient location for the beach, town and bus stop, although the town itself is very touristy.     Great hotel!

    We stayed at this lovely hotel for 4 nights.We really enjoyed our stay, we upgraded to a deluxe room it was massive, staff were lovely and the hotel itself was spotless. Plenty on beds no need to put towels out early. Breakfast was also very good plenty of choice and all fresh, it is just across the road from the central area of Costa teguise. We will be back highly recommend!     This was our first time in costa teguise and i am so glad that we chose this hotel, from the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with a smiling and very friendly receptionist and that continued through out our 8 day stay with all the staff, they are all a credit to the hotel. We just can not fault anything, the room was lovely and very large, we just walked out of the patio door onto the pool area, we were there for both our birthdays and we loved it that much that we got home and the very next day rebooked 12 nights for our birthdays next year. We were bed and breakfast and that has everything you would want we enjoyed the fresh fruit and also the cooked breakfast. You can book the evening meal at any time and pay 16 euro each, which was great value for money, we had the asian themed night recommended by the bar staff and he also served us our wine at dinner, we both really enjoyed the meal but we also do enjoy eating out at restaurants and they are plentyful as are the bars only a short distance from the hotel. We enjoyed the walks on the seafront and everything costa teguise has to offer, but this hotel really made our holiday. We can't wait to go back next may and celebrate our birthdays again.     Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Spacious room very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We love it there.
