Location

This apartment complex enjoys a peaceful location in the holiday resort of Playa Blanca. There is a small bay just 150 m away, it is 800 m to the main beach, Playa Flamingo, and about 3 km to the town centre. Links to the public transport network are 50 m from the hotel and may easily be reached on foot.

Facility

47 non-smoking rooms are available. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom.     After a large hotel in Playa Blanca in October we returned to try a self catering break here in May and we were not disappointed.3star but fantastic south facing bungalow with everything you could need .Little bit further out but pleasant walk to restaurant and fantastic if you like fishing as 5 min walk to the shore .Loved or stay ,quiet pool area, great pool bar and exceptional staff . Not booked yet but will return .Only suggestion is loungers for our terrace ( would be happy to hire) as loads available and would be great as terrace had loads of space .

    Peaceful location, friendly staff members, accommodation was spacious, clean, light and airy. Had lovely views from our room. Has a lovely pool and bar area. A small supermarket next door to buy essentials and a bar/restaurant that served lovely food, had entertainment few times a week , run by friendly staff . Would go back again.

    Our first time here as we usually go to Puerto del carmen. Apartment really nice with a big terrace. If you like quiet this is the place. Lovely walk to Flamingo beach and the Port with lots of restaurants. We would definitely come back.

    Room for some improvements

    We spent 10 days in these apartments. We chose them for the location, preferring a quiet location with good walks. The apartment was a good size and had a lovely sunny balcony.I really liked the back garden for hanging out washing. The cooking utensils in the kitchen were excellent for self catering, so overall I was mostly happy with the apartment.As others have said the local supermarket is very basic. We did most of our shopping at the bigger supermarkets in the Flamingo beach area. We really enjoyed the Bar Arena which was excellent for food and watching sports.There were a few niggles. The wardrobe was very short and my longer dresses became very creased as they couldn't hang properly. I think it would be nice to have a long mirror in the living area too. We also had a big gap around our door and consequently we had many mosquitos and a cock roach as house guests. Another issue is if you hire the safe you have to pay an extra E10 deposit refundable on checking out. Our coach pick up was 8.30am and reception doesn't open until 9am, hence we lost the refund.

    I’m reviewing this based on the fact it’s a 3* hotel .It was clean. I think our room was cleaned 5 of out 8 nights. Towels changed afew times a week. Linen was once.Rooms very spacious. We booked a superior premium room so we had aircon included . It was needed last few days.Staff in the hotel were lovely. The pool bar and bar just beside the hotel are ran independently but decent! The sunbeds were fine. No subbed wars which was great. Pool big (but deep) and discolouration around the rim. Seemed fine though, There are a handful of restaurants five mins away however the main start is more like 20 mins away. Fine for us but a consideration for small kids or older people.Have booked again for October half term next year. Lovely chilled holiday!
