This apartment complex enjoys a quiet setting within walking distance of all the facilities of Puerto del Carmen in a popular part of the resort. Guests will find the Main Avenue just a few metres away and it is some 300 m to the resort centre and shops and around 400 m to restaurants, bars, nightspots, links to public transport and the beach. Lanzarote Airport is about 10 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 115 apartments located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel doctor. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. All kitchenettes come with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has 115 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. Leisure activities and facilities at the apartment hotel include golf, fishing, snorkelling, diving, a solarium and hiking or, for a fee, billiards. Evening entertainment includes live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a non-smoking restaurant, a café and a bar. Breakfast and lunch are served every day. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

We stayed 25/05/2026-this review is based on our experience and may not represent everyone’s.Great location about 10 minute walk to the beach. We were met with a very friendly welcome where everything was explained as we booked the all inclusive. We arrived early before the official check in, and they let us go streight to our room. Which was very accommodating.The room itself-we stayed in room 119- the rooms are very basic. Personally I feel as if there is a lack of care with the room-broken furniture and didn’t smell very clean especially the sofa in the room. The cleaners came in daily to give it a brush down-honestly I wouldn’t call it a clean thought. The bathroom in our apartment wasn’t good-cleanliness was very poor the whole place stunk of poo once the shower was on and it lingered for ages! Not pleasant at all. The facilities in this place are just basic-the pool was clean. The bar was ok; however don’t expect to get drunk here in your all inclusive and the quality of the drinks are shocking-cheap alcohol very low percentage where you can drink it all day and you won’t get tipsy. There are no ‘trained’ bar staff and English is very limited. Food-honestly not great, would not recommend food here-it’s all mish mash where you can’t actually make a proper meal. A lot looks as if it’s reused from day prior. Just be careful when eating from the live cooking bit-lots of cross contamination between raw and cooked food. Again this is just my personal view of how our stay has been, it’s been ok for us as we have drank out and eaten at other places on the island- I would not return.

Stayed here with two friends in May and had a great time. The hotel is a bit dated, but everything was clean and worked well.Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, specially the manager. We also enjoyed the pool and the overall atmosphere.For the price, it’s a good choice with decent facilities and great service. I would happily recommend it.

We stayed at Plaza Palmeras for a few days in mid-May and had a really nice experience overall. The hotel is definitely a bit old-fashioned and some areas could benefit from an update, but everything was clean and well maintained.What stood out the most was the friendly staff and the range of services available. The pool area was pleasant, the food was good, and the location made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. We always found the team helpful whenever we needed anything.If you’re looking for a modern luxury hotel this may not be the place, but if you value good service, cleanliness and a relaxed atmosphere, I would definitely recommend it. We had a great stay and would happily return.

A fantastic little family break! For a three star hotel, the food selection and entertainment were above our expectations, with Sam being a constant source of laughter! The hotel is a short walk to the sea front, where there are a host of restaurants and bars if you prefer to venture out in the evening. The only thing I’d say, the new EU security is horrendous! Be prepared for easily 2-3 hours. We were there 3 hours, can only imagine it being much longer in the summer holidays.
