Location

This apartment complex is located close to a wide selection of bars, pubs, restaurants, the public transport network and to the Main Avenue. Puerto del Carmen beach is just a short 200 m walk away and the complex is also near the port.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 138 apartments located in a 2-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. This apartment complex has a lift and a reception desk. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the complex provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a safe, a car hire service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a smoke alarm and a smoking area. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities in the rooms. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station is also provided as standard. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and a hairdryer. The complex has family rooms and 138 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The sports and entertainment facilities at the complex ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A wellness area with a solarium is available at the complex. In the evenings, guests can unwind to live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A generous breakfast buffet and dinner are served every day.

    Just returned from our 4th stay at these apartments and love them. Have already booked to return again in September. We stayed for 8 nights and in that time there was only 2 days our room wasn't either cleaned or at least towels replaced. The breakfast has a fabulous choice of cereals, pastries, yogurt, fruit and hot food so always something to eat in the morning, the only small negative would be the fresh juice and water at breakfast could be chilled. Had lunch a couple of times and was tasty. There was plenty of room around the pool and for adults the upstairs sunbathing area is ideal. Location is ideal for exploring either old or new town and near all of the amazing restaurants. Can't wait to come back in September.     We are really looking forward to returning to the Fariones Plus apartments on the 15th May this year for the fourth time. It is our favourite place to stay on the island and we will never stay anywhere else! The staff are amazing with my elderly parents and always remember them every time we stay and are always very helpful and friendly.     Great location near old town and new town also near the beach. Good breakfast but can get very busy. Apartments comfortable. Need new towels only 1 plug socket in living area and none in bedroom.
