    Amazing place

    Having stayed here last May we booked again for a weeks break.The complex is still as amazing as last time. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed every two days. No sunbed wars which is always a bonus.We opted for bed and breakfast this time thinking if the food wasn't great we could head out. We ate in the complex every morning! Plenty of choice, the usual fry up (Spanish bacon) omelette hot plate and fried egg hot plate. To name a few hot choices.This is a very relaxed complex, they don't have family rooms. You can book one child but no more as there isn't the space. You would have to book two rooms if you had two children.This has definitely become our go to May holiday break. Can not wait to book next year!

    Fantastic first trip to lanzerote

    Great location,not far from seafront and shops. Happy staff who were very helpful. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Noise around pool area in the evening due to entertainment but all over by 11pm otherwise very quite. Plenty of great food choices especially for someone with special dietary requirements . Good value for money. Definitely looking at returning.

    Great place to stay central for everything. Nothing is too much trouble if you have a problem they sort it. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Only criticism I have is people putting towels on beds and leaving them for ages with no one on them. That needs to be sorted. Really nice place to stay.     2nd time at this hotel two weeks all inclusive absolutely spotless inside and outside.food was excellent. Staff were excellent. Position was perfect,5 minute walk to the beach and centre of Carmen. One of the best holiday hotels my wife and myself have ever been to.hopefully back next year.     Good location. Hotel quiet but atmosphere was good, really pleasant entertainment rep, rooms spacious and clean, good value for money. Although I booked sea view I found the steps a bit awkward with cases but that was no problem the Manager arranged for me to have a room on ground floor which was brilliant. There was no noise concerns at all given I was right by pool and sunbathing area. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The only thing I would suggest is that there were more vegetarian options Sausage or burgers etc., but I certainly did not go without and enjoyed what food was served.
